With the retirement of Brett Favre. Aaron Rodgers will emerge as the Starting QB, I hope. Now it is the time for him to prove that Cal had produced one of the best QB in the country. I hope his success in comming years proves the 49er. wrong in not picking Aaron 4 years ago.

TA:

I think that Rodgers' performance against the Cowboys last season is part of the reason why Favre has decided to hang it up. Rumors in the midwest were that the Packers organization, while not telling him that they didn't want him back, did nothing special to make Favre feel "wanted." Although he was (and probably still is) a great QB, I think the Packers are looking to the future and I think they believe the future is Aaron Rodgers.

Why don't the Raiders get Farve. If they get their act together on their O'line it could work well for both. The Raiders are known for resurrecting careers.

Boy, I sure hope they give the ball to Aaron Rodgers. It looks like there shouldn't be any question about that after he did a great job filling in for Farve when he was injured. I'm going to be a Packer fan now. I was a Buffalo Fan last year watching Marshawn Lynch who I still wish was a Raider.
