McNerney voted to adjourn the US House of Representatives for a two week Thanksgiving recess, blatantly neglecting to pass a critical housing, health care and benefits bill for our nation's veterans and troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan (House Roll Call 1113).
McNerney voted for a bill that is widely perceived as a giveaway to the trial lawyer lobby, allowing for an open-ended commitment for frivolous lawsuits in the workplace. (House Roll Call 768)
McNerney put partisan politics above the needs of troops and commanders on the ground by voting for a Democrat-sponsored bill mandating extension of troop deployments overseas. (House Roll Call 795)
McNerney voted to kill a measure to protect state marriage laws from being changed in a courtroom by trial lawyers. (House Roll Call 1056)
McNerney and his Democrat leadership in Washington left town on Veterans Day weekend without passing a vital veterans' housing, healthcare and benefits bill.
McNerney voted yet again in lock-step with the Democrat leadership to block a motion aimed at protecting housing for America's homeless and disabled veterans. (House Roll Call 714)
Voted against the interests of America's small businesses and their ability to create jobs and provide affordable health care to their workers. (House Roll Call 17)
McNerney voted to give federal handouts to illegal immigrants by voting to gut the requirements in the State Children's Health Insurance Program law, which requires states to verify citizenship before providing health benefits. (House Roll Call 787)
McNerney cast a vote which would not only cripple the American mining industry, but also send American jobs overseas, increase America's dependence on foreign resources and undoubtedly endanger America's economic and national security. (House Roll Call 1032)
McNerney voted to defy military commanders on the ground and cut off funds for the troops in harm's way. McNerney's vote to ration funding for the troops allowed for a two month funding allowance that would accelerate the Democrat slow bleed strategy. (House Roll Call 333)
Voted for the Pelosi-Murtha "slow bleed"strategy to choke-off funding for American troops in harm's way. (House Roll Call 186) By voting yes, McNerney voted for a date certain for retreat and defeat in Iraq and voted to hamstring the mission by allowing Congress to micromanage the war. Ignoring widespread criticism from the American Legionand major news publications from across the country, he made it clear that he believes politicians in Washington can better execute the military's mission than the commanders on the ground. The bill he supported had been labeled "something of a trick" and an "unruly mess: bad policy, bad precedent, and bad politics" by news publications typically allied with the House Democrat agenda.
Voted to allow convicted felons to receive student loan benefits. (House Roll Call 29)
Voted against increasing college access and affordability for middle- to low-income students, against providing greater resources for Pell Grants, and against deficit reduction on behalf of taxpayers. (House Roll Call 31)
Call Jerry and ask him why he votes for Speaker Nancy Pelosi's liberal agenda 96% of the time.

He was railroaded out of the District, by deep monied liberal Democrats bringing in powerfull beltway DNC types to run the no nonsense conservative out of the District. It was a very sad day to see the liberals nail another coffin in Americas coffin. "Hippocrites the whole lot of em" Do as I say and not as I do...Pelosi, Boxer, and Feinstien little dictators who never respond to the voters, like in Revolutionary France......"let them eat cake", then there was a REVOLUTION......
There is good news....the chickens are coming home to roost with their newest Saviour BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA. Middle America is at its breaking point, the politicians no longer represent the people.....revolts, revolutions and anarchy could ensue if things get bad enough. Even when we vote, a few dirty judges in soiled judicial robes can overturn the wishes of the electorate.... The Liberal enemies within our nation are destoying our culture, our traditions , renaming our national Holidays and hamstringing our military and the judicial branches from functioning effectively.
Its not just the DEMS, Bush giving away billions to Africa....while middle class americans are losing their homes to default, and gas prices harming our Economy and causing hardship across all classes, and ethnicities..... WHATS WRONG WITH THAT PICTURE???? All politicians seem to only want to enrich themselves and their closest comrades... We are all watching the descent of America into an abyss where civility and respect no longer exist.
