Space Racist Gerardo Sandoval - Here Come Da Judge: Sodom by the Sea Bored Stuporvisor announces Kourt Klown Kandidate run...
Fans of Weimar Kalifornia Politics, and particularly the assorted sordid shames of my old home town of Sodom by the Sea, will no doubt be gratified to learn that one of the truly Spaciest Racist Bigots to ever grace the Frisco Bored Stuporvisors - None other than Gerardo Sandoval - is now running for another musical chair - on the Bench of Superior Court as a Racist Hatemonger Candidate for a Judicial Activist Job.
El Geraldo De La Raza - as he is sometimes known to his relatively rabid fan base, is nationally notorious for his public statements in favor of Abolishing the Military and leaving national defense to the Police and Coast Guard, which he would be happy to provide political oversight for... Ahem.
Anywayyyyy... Gerardo's Race Baiting Habits have not proven an impediment to his rise atop the midden heap of Frisco Insider Politics - and being a termed out hack in one arena just means that you can be an Activist Hack with Full Judicial Immunity for your Racist & Misandrist Travesties in another one. Besides - if it furthers the cause of La Raza against the hated hibernian blancos - then Who Dare Object??? Best keep quiet about it though - Judge Gerardo does not handle contempt (of himself) well... Ohso. In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act. "Ex-election chief's intensely personal reason for job fight"IRISH STEW:

Looks like San Francisco Supervisor Gerardo Sandoval had another attack of foot-in-mouth disease -- his foot in his mouth. The latest attack came last Monday as Sandoval was questioning Rent Board chief Joe Grubb about the diversity of staff in his agency. Grubb ran down the ethnic and racial makeup of his employees and concluded that, on the whole, the staff is diverse. Sandoval, however, focused on the administrative law judges who hear cases, pointing out that of the nine judges, one is black and the rest are white.
Sandoval, it appeared, was pushing for more Latino representation, and as part of his remarks he said: "The point has been made before, that the Fire Department in San Francisco . . . should not reflect the Dublin phone book, and I think the same should be true of most departments."
It wasn't as eye-popping as Sandoval's last faux pas, when the supervisor suggested picketing the bar mitzvahs of uncooperative businesses leaders -- but still, the Irish in the audience weren't amused.

Here comes the judge: (Matier & Ross 3/31/08)
Rarely does a judge's race draw as much interest - or heat - as the June battle shaping up in San Francisco between Superior Court Judge Thomas Mellon and his chief challenger, Supervisor Gerardo Sandoval. Sandoval will be termed out in November, and he's turned his attention to knocking off Mellon, a 12-year veteran of the bench. Mellon, it seems, is viewed as vulnerable because A) He's a white Republican and B) He has a courtroom reputation for sometimes being biased and brusque. Still, knocking off an incumbent judge could prove daunting, so Sandoval appears to be using his board status to raise money by the bucket.
He's received a total of more than $100,000 in contributions so far from organized labor, development interests and no fewer than nine City Hall lobbyists and PR firms with regular business before the supervisors. Mellon, by contrast, has reported raising only about $21,000, mostly from fellow judges. But Mellon, a longtime friend of Mayor Gavin Newsom's father, William Newsom, has also enlisted the mayor's chief political strategist, Eric Jaye, to help run his campaign. And if anyone knows how to beat Sandoval, it's Jaye - who helped derail Sandoval's challenge to newcomer Assessor Phil Ting in 2005.
Jaye has wasted little time ripping into Sandoval. Among other things, he says the supervisor has failed to disclose any of his legal clients while seated on the board. Sandoval also paid his wife $20,000 in campaign funds for work on his 2004 re-election, Jaye said.
Jaye also is taking aim at Sandoval's fundraising for his judge's race while on the board...
"I'm going to run a clean campaign based on the issues," Sandoval said, "but Judge Mellon is getting very bad advice, and I hope he takes the high road as we move forward."
Don't bet on it.

Termed Out Political Hacks are having quite a season in Sodom by the Sea... Gerardo & Smidgen, now there is a pair to draw to... >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
A Smidgen Stumped:
The Cat Fight between the leading (just by a Smidgen) Psychodyke Hatemonger in the Weimar Kalifornia Legislature, and hyr termed out former ally from the Coprophile Caucus ("Kiddie Porn King" Leno), has swung in to high gear as the Democrap Primary approaches.
As the following excerpts from a Frisco Crock-a-bull story show, these two luminaries from the Radical Homosex lobby are in danger of not just splitting the Homosex Vote - but also exposing the huge chasm in Sodom by the Sea Politics between the New York Carpetbagger Smidgen Camp (Separatist / Neo-Exterminationist Dyke Hatemongers) and the New York Carpetbagger Leno / Amiano Camp (Coprophile Cult of Feces Focused Homo-Anal Perversions).
Other Radical Homosex Mau Mau artistes think that doing so would be very very Ungood - as it might allow the 'Vanilla' (clueless voters / taxpayers) to see that the grand alliance is simply a marriage of convenience similar to that between the Nazi Homosex Hate Machine (the Syphilitic Coprophile Homo-Anal Prostitute Hitler) and the Stalinist Thought Police - and with the same type purpose, the consolidation of resources to Attack Others, in this case Society in General and Men/Boys in particular.
Whether Joe Nation (oh my goodness, what passes for a 'moderate' nowadays) can take advantage of the Homosex Hissy In-Fighting between these two Icons of the Pervert / Hatemonger Lobby - is the question that begs election day...
Can hardly Wait Neither, Not Much At Least.

Migden hits stump in tough re-election bid - John Wildermuth, Chronicle Staff Writer May 11, 2008 ...In a district where Democrats outnumber Republicans 55 percent to 16 percent, the winner of the Democratic primary will probably be a shoo-in in November's general election, which means Migden has three weeks left to make her case for re-election... The 59-year-old Migden, who has been in political office since she was elected to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in 1990, has plenty of fences to mend ...
In August, she pleaded no contest to misdemeanor reckless driving after a wild, 30-mile ride down Interstate 80, weaving through traffic, bouncing off the center divider and finally rear-ending a car. In March, she agreed to pay a record $350,000 fine to the state for campaign finance violations that included personal use of campaign funds.
Leno, who is termed out of his Assembly seat after six years in office, says he jumped into the state Senate race last year to provide voters with a choice, but there's also a bit of payback involved.
When Migden left the Assembly in 2002 to run successfully for the state Board of Equalization, she backed former San Francisco Supervisor Harry Britt over Leno in the race to succeed her. Leno beat Britt.
Leno's decision to challenge Migden is another face-off between leaders of San Francisco's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, and has split not only progressives but Democrats across the state.
Leno is backed by Newsom, San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris, Assessor Phil Ting, three San Francisco supervisors, the Alice B. Toklas LGBT Democratic Club and the state Assembly Democratic leadership. Migden gets support from U.S. Sens. Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein, North Bay Rep. Lynn Woolsey, San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera, four San Francisco supervisors, four Marin County supervisors, the Harvey Milk LGBT Democratic Club and every Democrat in the state Senate.
While Nation is hoping to roll up big numbers in Marin and Sonoma counties, he didn't make any friends among the area's progressive voters when he challenged Woolsey in the 2006 Democratic primary. He tried to paint Woolsey, one of the most liberal members of Congress, as too ineffective to be re-elected - and lost by a 2-to-1 ratio.
There's little love lost between Migden and either of her two opponents... she said. "I'm a lefty, lesbian, progressive San Franciscan who's achieved a lot."

Unqualified Hack At It - Again! Space Racist Gerardo Sandoval was once again evaluated and found wanting - of all save his Bigoted Racist Radical Leftist Homosex Baggage. However, under the new "Pander or Perish" legal regime of Mayor Gravid Nuisance - Kangaroo Klowns like Sandoval belong on the Supreme Turkey Baster Creationist Court, and will get there, as soon as Nuisance is Appointed Governor by the Democrap Machine...

Bar: Only one in Superior Court race qualified Wyatt Buchanan, Chronicle Staff Writer May 15, 2008
The Bar Association of San Francisco has determined that two of three candidates running for Superior Court judge are not qualified to hold the office. The association found that incumbent Judge Thomas Mellon Jr. is "qualified" but did not give him the higher ratings of "well qualified" or "exceptionally well qualified."
His two challengers in the June election, attorney Mary Mallen and San Francisco Supervisor Gerardo Sandoval, both received a "not qualified" evaluation.

Yet Another Space Racist Hack At It:

San Francisco Supervisor Gerardo Sandoval will face incumbent Thomas Mellon in a November runoff for the San Francisco Superior Court judgeship, after neither candidate captured more than 50 percent of the vote Tuesday night.
Sandoval finished with about 44 percent and Mellon had 42 percent. Attorney Mary Mallen finished with 13 percent.
In the East Bay, public interest lawyer Dennis Hayashi of Castro Valley will face prosecutor Phil Daly of San Leandro in a November runoff for the seat in Alameda County Superior Court vacated by Judge Kenneth Kingsbury, who is retired.

No Judge of Character (This guy sounds a lot like Space Racist Gerardo - only not quite as 'out there' kinky... Ohso)
For as long he has presided on the bench, the Chief Justice of the Ninth Circuit Court has been a staunch advocate of free speech. And the Los Angeles Times thinks it knows why. The paper discovered that Judge Alex Kozinski, who was presiding over a lower court obscenity case, had something in common with the suit's defendant. They both have an affinity for hard-core pornography.
In a revelation that is shocking the legal community, Kozinski posted on a personal website nauseating photos of bestiality, striptease, transsexuals, and other images too graphic to describe. When confronted by the Times, Kozinski said that the photos were for his private use and he was unaware the content could be viewed by the general public. "Is it prurient?" Kozinski asked yesterday. "I don't know what to tell you... It's part of life."
As of this morning, he had yet to recuse himself from the current case involving sexual fetish videos. Meanwhile, Kozinski insists that the content of his site would not qualify as "obscenity," a stance he's taken repeatedly in his official capacity. "When he learned that there were filters banning pornography and other materials from computers in the court's Pasadena offices, he led a successful effort to have the filters removed," notes the Times.
In other words, Kozinski not only defended the rights of people to sell revolting--and potentially illegal--smut, but he advocated that his staff be able to view this content at work! "This is a funny joke," the judge said about the controversy. But few Americans are laughing. They, like FRC, believe that Kozinski is ill-equipped to try an obscenity case when he clearly does not understand the definition of obscene.
We call for his recusal in this case and a reexamination of his fitness as chief of one of the most important courts in the entire nation.
