I have been in the family court system now for 8 years! Why hasn't anything worked out for my son who is going on 8 this year? Because the system sucks! The CCC family law court system is so incompetent! The judges, the court evaulators, the lawyers that are paid by the state and court appointed to the children? NOne of them care for our children! We all know that the lawyers are scum of the earth! The question is? What were judges before they came on to the bench? Hello!!!!!! If the court or other party wants you to have an evaluation and even if you think you are able to prove the other party is bi polar, mentally ill, drug addict, narcissis, etc., don't do a court evauation, you will not come out ahead and most likely it will be the opposite of what you think the result will be! If you are a single womanm, and even if your ex. or the father of your child is abusive, controlling, mentally disturbed, sex deviate, etc. you will lose if your case is heard in Contra Costa County.

CCC family law allows the other party (mostly the fathers) get away with murder if they had done it! The father of my child has done everything in his power NOT to abide by court rules and still has 50% custody. My son hates his father for what his father has done and continues to do to him. He hates to go to his fathers but is forced by the court system!!!! The system and its monsters that work for them i.e., evaluators, mnor's counsels, etc are all convinced by the liar and NOT the truth! No one listens to the kids and the kids are the ones telling the truth!

The system needs a total overhaul.........as far as financial support the father's can make 2 million dollars and be self employed but still don't have to pay child support! The support is nothing compared to what the system has done!

The Children are the victims!!!! But no one cares except for the mother's that have given birth to these children.

I thought that the female judges would be an improvement and would be able to relate however they suck as well. It is sad that a woman that has had children has NO CLUE!

Do the judges get a bonus for how many lives they can screw up? I am starting to wonder what their motivation is? It has nothing to do with the innocent children!
