Since when does Seeno care about the law.. he's above it.... As he has been overheard saying (regarding the fines) "It's the price of doing business". He just slams a couple more homes in his undersized lots to make up for it. He has (and always had) the City Council in his pocket. His cousin is a council member.
I dont think its fair to say that Seeno has been building garbage since 1938..... I have always lived in a Seeno home, and none of them have been garbage!! the Majority of people i know live in Seeno homes... of course your going to hear bad things about them when their houses account for about 90% of the houses in Pittsburg.
Bad things being said about a builder usually don't include destruction of habitat for endangered species and grading into creek beds. His fines should be doubled and tripled every time he pulls one of these stunts.
It is obvious he doesn't care about permits nor does the City of Pittsburg. He has had the City Council in his back pocket for years.
Do not confuse anti-Seeno-ism with pro-emvironmentalisms. My view is that environmentalisim is the bain of society, driving class warfare to a new and frenzied height.
