I've considered not even planting any this year, what with Smith Farms and Tachella's so close, why bother? Your thoughts? If you plant them, what are they?

We have a very small garden. Just room enough for a couple tomatos(already planted) a couple zucchini and maybe a pepper. I'm not sure what kind of tomato we have this year. My husband isn't very discriminating when it comes to food. He just sees those leaves on the plants and doesn't even read what kind they are. It's always a surprise. LOL

I think someone at Lowe's switched tags on the ones I bought last year...Early Girls turned out to be cherry tomatoes. :-( Not funny! Roy Gursky http://gurskyranch.com

You're right. It's not funny on a family forum. (I thought you were going somewhere with a dirty joke)

I'm looking forward to the Farmers Market opening. You won't find any decent tomatoes till the night temps are at least in the mid 50's. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sandy: I want you to kill every gophers on the golf course! Carl Spackler: Correct me if I'm wrong Sandy, but if I kill all the golfers, they're gonna lock me up and throw

Looking forward to that, too. Have you or anyone you know used those "Green Bags, as seen on TV? Roy Gursky http://gurskyranch.com
