I normally have gone to "Great Clips" on Balfour for my haircuts and never have been disappointed, but today they were too busy. Went instead to one of my tennant's venues, Amber Hair Design at 612 First Street, downtown Brentwood, across from the Show and next to Gooseberry Fool, probably got the best cut since I've lived here, (no comments, please!) Very nice place, CLEAN, and only Amber to wait on you.
She needs a few more technicians to fill two more spaces. If you have a license and have no place to put it, you'd be well to contact her for the two stations I saw vacant today in a very well-kept, nice venue... Contact Amber Ho Von at 925-513-7411 for other information/interview..
She has no idea I'm posting this, but, because I'm her landlord, she wouldn't tell me what a haircut cost, and I couldn't pay any amount. My haircut today was free; she wouldn't let me pay, and I don't feel good about that. I figger if I can send her one new customer, we're even . I expect to pay at least $20, perhaps more, but, she wouldn't tell me what the going rate is, damn her... )-: Take your whole family there for one-on-one treatment and meet the two-month-old (as of today) cutie that is Amber's first-born..,.

She wouldn't let me do that. During our conversation, she mentioned having allergy problems, so she'll get two two-pound jars of local honey today..!

Roy my biggest problem is I already have too many places and people to cut my hair. I go to Hair encounter during the weekdays to talk to Jack because he knows just about everything that's going on in town and always is upbeat with that dry sense on humor. I go there on weekends because Ron's daughter in law, then his wife watched all my kids growing up and they're like family. Then I have to alternate on occasion with Brandon at "The Barber Shop" next to the hobby shop because he's a young kid getting his own business going. He loves what he does plus he always ask's me about my kids by name.
