Nooooooo! *Le sigh!* The Scottish Festival was the next best thing *locally* since the Renaissance Faire has essentially cleared out of the Bay Area. (Casa De Fruta is too stinkin' far, *and* too stinkin' hot for the time of year.)
Jes' not interested in car shows and blues or other music festivals . . .

Last Wednesday a business associate and I decided to go to the Mecca for lunch which turned out to be a bonehead idea because the Mecca is closed on Wednesdays (I know, we were probably the only two people around who didn't know that).
If it's any consolation for Pittsburg residents, it looks like there is a new Renaissance of sorts going on right now in their downtown area.
