Perata is sly like a fox, for sure. He has managed to get the Dump Denham recall on the ballot, and then he bows out. What a coward and a rat. The budget is in turmoil because idiots like Perata keep adding more and more programs on the shoulders of the State. Now, they want to raise taxpayer's fees to cover their bumbling. For shame, and thank God Perata and Nunes will be gone next year. I, for one, will be happy to see both pompous [bleep] out of my building.
