Sad Story, the bypass needs a divider or other safety feature. This will not be the last fatal accident for a loved one. I have always felt; whoever was in charge of the highway 4 bypass design really did a disservice to the community in regards to safety. The 4 bypass has been a dangerous road form day one. A divider needs to be installed or we will be looking at many more fatalities. Vasco Rd. is only a few miles away; we should not accept living with another dangerous in the area. I have never felt safe driving down the 4 bypass between Lone Tree and Balfour.
