You can't give a child an asprin, but you can take her to have an abortion.  But not notifing the parent, children are exposed to life and death situations that they are not equipped to handle.  Abortion is a major surgery, and always leads to a death.  Children need their parents guidance and support.  Also, without parental notification young girls being molested are not getting help, and the molestation continues.  There is absolutely no reason not to notify a parent.  All the scare tactics that the opponents use are just that scare tactics to keep planned parenthood and abortion doctors in business.  Let's stop the killing and abuse on our young girls.
