The required 2/3 vote is the real problem. Change it to a majority vote like 47 of our other states have and we will have democratic rule. There is no reason for there to have been this catastrophic mess.

Many of us have been sounding the alarms on the dystfunctional welfare system currently in place for years....  finally a candidate with the moxy to make major changes in CA.

She mentioned bringing CA into line with other states that have REFORMED WELFARE. 

Time is running out for citizen volunteers to be part of the commission of 14 who will be responsible for redrawing the district lines for the voting districts in California. More women are needed right now. Applications will be taken until Feb. 12th. This is your chance to instill some sanity into local California politics.
