Assemblyman Mark DeSaulnier (D-11), is offering AB2235 to restrict gun ownership to "smart guns" (?).  With "special biometric" locks that would only allow the owner to use the gun.  Same ploy for the 1000th time...offer nonsense as "safety" , to gain control

A great and intrusive cost to gun owners and of course the real motive is frustrate any gun sales.    Those who live in gated communities probably will like this.  But that won't help someone of modest means who is determined to avoid being a victim.    Maybe its just election year new fodder for Mark De-Slick-one.
