A airplane has been circling for over an hour over the water co. (I think) anyone know anything about this? It's very annoying now.
Do you think Southern CA may be spying to find more water to take away from N. CA?
I'm just glad they didn't run out of fuel or get dizzy and crash. They are gone now.
I've been hearing it too... thought it was more over the bypass, but could be wrong.  Maybe that Concord flyer has a new spot to fly over now.Â

Nah..it was a plane
If it was over by Neroly they had a car fire up there around 8:30, so it may have been checking the hills to make sure there wasn't any spread of the fire into the dry grass.
Yea there was a car fire over by the water treatment plant that spread into the grass..
