"Yes on every tax issue" according to the Times in today's editorial recommendations.   No need to read through them.   Times makes a 100% endorsement of ALL  7 or 8  tax initiatives on various Bay ballots.  

Of course if you question closely...they will say "Oh, just taxing the rich"   So we had better tease out a definition of "rich".  

Bottom line...if you have any income....YOU are the RICH.  SO, JUST PAY UP  to the ravenous, unquenchable growth of multiple governments.
