If you cant earn it, make it... lie cheat and steal. Everybody else is doing it, it must be ok.
But seriously... producing counterfit money is illegal, but also isnt it illegal to tamper with money. So since these guys were not only counterfitting curency but also tampering with the one dollar bills to create the 100 dollar bills, I wonder if that will be an additional charge.

Look at the governmet which prints it's way out of everything passing debt to all americans to pay for decades. Just not very high-tech in elluding and profiting without getting busted.
