Wow! I've been blown away by their customer service three times in my last visits there. It's like I have a personal shopper there taking me to every item on my list up to check out. Try and get that service at Home or Lowe's. About the same service I experienced always at the Olde Hardware Store, downtown Brentwood before Steve retired (Now CoCoWine Store). Maybe it's the economy and this retailer is more attuned to customers, but, damn, I'm impressed and am going back today for a few more items that I may buy cheaper at the big boxes. We're only talking pennies worth of difference, but the service makes up for the difference in prices.....
