They can't get food inspectors because of State Law mandated prerequisites and food inspector is a lackluster dead end type of job. The recent beef fiasco would not have been intervened with any County inspection program aside from a follow-up type inspection program...mostly for show. This grand jury finding has to do with the County not getting fees from the schools. Many school cafeterias are well managed and are far better maintained than most restaurants. What's that joke about a grand jury and a ham sandwich?
