Hey everyone,

I'm looking to write a story updating what's going on with the creation of State Route 239...an expressway from Brentwood to Tracy and the Central Valley. If there's anyone who travels on J4 or Highway 4 toward Stockton and down I5 everyday, or occasionally heads that way in going to L.A. (or the Tracy outlet mall). I'd like to hear from you what having an expressway will mean. I know currently there is quite a bit of traffic in Byron. Thank you in advance, enjoy that rest of this rainy weekend.
