Delta Gal, I was coming home around 430 and there were multiple sheriffs/ambulances etc behind luckys in the senior mini-houses. Then when I got home and turned on the scanner they were talking about lifeflighting someone out from a accident on the corner of live oak and oakley road. Top that off with a police helicopter thats been circling the bigbreak/vintage area, tho I'm not sure what that ones about.  I know we've had alot of police activity over here recently and that apd homicide has been looking for a person of interest in this area recently. Or maybe a boat accident, hard to know.   The heli seems to now be gone (yeah!) Those things are mighty noisy when they circle around and around.

Fire called in a 2nd alarm from  a mile away when they could see smoke on their way in.  Upon arrival they had flames visisble with the back of one building fully involved. They had, I believe 3 persons with injuries and a another who was just having trouble breathing with the commotion.  Sounded like several housing units were involved.  I went to dinner at Gold chopsticks a hour and a half later. (Boy has that place gone downhill) Lot's of fire trucks still on scene along with a Red Cross van. Peas

Oakley, East County SO and Rio Vista are on 155.1900. Radiorefrence.com is a good source for other frequencies, fire and secondary channels.

H&S stands for health and safety, many times it refers to drugs.
