did the live chat with a service rep on the comcast website this evening, they said there is some sort of service outage here in this area. told me they had no exact time that any repairs will be completed. but from their own words "repairs have been expedited" due to how wide spread it is.
mine has been having issues for about a week now though. the tv signal goes in and out at random, making it impossible to watch anything at all when is goes through its bad spells. the internet hasnt had any issues so far though.
anyway hope this helps shed some light on the situation.
if it goes on much longer i might be tempted to switch to at&t for my tv and internet. cause comcast is a complete joke these days.
Well... if you consider hundreds of millions of people watched American Idol last night, if only a handful of folks in East County missed out because their cable went kaput, that's not doing too badly.
Why didn't you call Lola? Or Roy, he's got a satellite dish. *
