Friday, July 18 vs. Brewers Crazy Crab Night (1st 20,000 fans receive bobblehead) This is the most exciting news yet this season!! I can't miss this game. My kids thought the legend of Crazy Crab was just a folk tale. I mean come on, who has a mascot for people to boo? This may be just what the Giants needed to turn things around. Oh why does it have to be just one night? REHAB THE CRAB Peas

Is that Charlie's big brother? It will be interesting to see the "new" Giants play small ball as the "A's" have been doing.

Maybe the Giants can convince the Brewers to bring one of their racing sausages along. Then they could dust off the old Crazy Crab outfit, hire some sucker to climb in it and during the 7th inning stretch we could have surf & turf smackdown.

I'm a little suspicious about where the special "Crazy Crab" section of the park is. I wouldn't put it past the Giants organization to put this "special" group of people on folding chairs in the groundskeeper's storage locker with a 21" black & white TV to watch the game. That wouldn't be out of line with the kind of respect poor Crazy Crab, the Rodney Dangerfield of mascots, got when he was in his prime.
