Let's not overlook the most important fact about this reversal! The people of Claycord.com made this happen. I can't believe CCT didn't acknowledge that.

Only one other post so far. It is a head scratcher. The boy said he was hungry. The homeless guy fed him I presume at the shopping center. Where were the parents? Not looking after their son! Who the heck leaves their child out in the front yard without supervision? This isn't the 1950's. Even then it was only with other children to play with! Suppose he wandered into the street to see what it looked like???

what really disturbs me greatly, is that we have a DA who bases his charging decisions not upon the merits of the caseand the law, but rather upon a barrage of emails generated by a website. He won't get my vote next time around for sure.

ehst else can the DA do? it is possible that the homeless guy will beat the rap and with Obama's ammnesty, he will get a green card too.
