Two Truly Ungood Books
Two recently published books provide another view of the Heavily Censored Fact that the Nazi Party and its Leaders were predominantly made up of Homo-Anal Perverts and Dyke Hatemongers, despite the spin of its Atheist Propaganda Minister. The first, described in a press release by the IVA recounts the Facts of the Syphilitic Coprophile / Homo-Anal Prostitute Adolph Hitler - and his purge of Homosex Rivals like Nazi Party Founder (and Boy Raping Ephebophile) Ernst Rohm.
As leader of the Homo-Anal / Ephebophile Storm Troopers, Rohm was instrumental in the destruction of Weimar Germany (and the Boy Scouts amongst others), but was purged in a power struggle with other Homosex Insiders. Amongst the very first prisoners in the concentration camps were Homo-Anal Storm Troopers still loyal to Rohm after the purge, although most were let out to serve in the military (Can You Say 'Barney Frank') and carry out the same type atrocities they did as Brown Shirts for Rohm. Although the newspaper story inaccurately refers to a highly exaggerated number of homosex inmates in such camps, even the German Consul has placed the number far lower.
The Second Book is ostensibly about feminist icons Gertrude Stein and Alice Toklas, and their peaceful life in Vichy France during the Nazi Occupation. It asks how two allegedly (never proven) Homosex Women who were Jewish (Toklas converted to Catholicism at the end of her life) could safely exist under a Nazi Regime. The answer - the Local Gestapo (Nazi Secret Police) Chief was also a notorious Homo-Anal Pervert getting it on with one of their pals in the collaborator government, and took care of them and many others in his circle, while of course sending Heterosexuals (Jewish or otherwise) off to their deaths - often in camps run by Nazi Homo-Anal or Dyke Guards.

IVA: A new book, written by a respected German historian and scheduled to be published today, asserts that Adolf Hitler was an active homosexual. What results is an erudite, though sometimes somewhat patchy account of Gertrude Stein's relationship with her longtime partner, Alice B. Toklas, and their life together in Nazi-occupied France. Toward the beginning of the first chapter, Malcolm asks a simple question that hangs over the remainder of the book like a lead zeppelin: "How had the pair of elderly Jewish lesbians escaped the Nazis?"
...Malcolm explores Stein and Toklas' life in rural Vichy France... Malcolm argues that Stein and Toklas' survival was due in large part to their relationship with a Vichy official named Bernard Fay. Those who have read "The Autobiography of Alice B. Toklas" might remember Fay as the French translator of "The Making of Americans," a "charming guest" who was "one of the few close friends with whom [Stein] didn't eventually quarrel and break."
But, as Malcolm reveals, the real Fay was not a good guy; in fact, he was "one of the very worst guys." An adviser to Vichy leader Marshal Petain, Fay, who was gay, dated a Gestapo agent for much of the occupation, and was later found guilty of crimes that resulted in more than 500 deaths and nearly 1,000 deportations.
However, for reasons that remain unclear, Fay actively protected this pair of elderly Jewish lesbians. It was as a direct result of his advocacy that Stein and Toklas were not shipped off to a concentration camp. Whether they knew of Fay's intervention is subject to debate. Stein defended him until the end of her life, but she never mentioned this most important detail. Toklas, Malcolm writes, "was similarly silent on the subject," though she was instrumental in financing his escape from a prison hospital in 1951.

washingtonpost.com: Why did you decide to write this book? How did you find the resources to write about Hitler's private life? Was it difficult?
Lothar Machtan, Ph.D.: Because no one had done it before. I think that Hitler's private life merits more than a sensational interest because it might explain something about his career.
Some sources I came across by accident but most of them I found by reading all the important biographical books and articles about Hitler again. And the greatest difficulty was making the sources "speak." That meant a lot of hard work evaluating the reliability of the sources.

Lothar Machtan, Ph.D.: There were some contemporaries who say that there was a relationship, but there has been no contestable proof of that. In my eyes, they were two different types of homosexuals. But anyway, they were very close friends...

Somewhere, USA: What is the proof that he was gay? Why haven't the Germans spoke about this?
Lothar Machtan, Ph.D.: There is a lot of evidence like diaries, letters, and files, but the strongest evidence comes from two sources that have never been analyzed before. And they are the so-called Mend protocol, some kind of testimony of a former war comrade of Hitler, and the memoirs of Eugen Dollman, who was a very influential collaborator of Himmler and in personal touch with Hitler, as an interpreter.
Some scholars tend to focus only on Hitler's public life because they believe that he did not have a private life of any significance. So they missed something crucial and didn't go into the relevant sources.

Bowie: Did he actually have a sex life, or was he celibate? If the former, why hasn't history heard from his lovers?
Lothar Machtan, Ph.D.: We only know about his sex life up to the mid- 30s, before he became a dictator. But we have to take into account that he could hide everything much better when he was in the posession of this mighty power. There should be more research about this. My book is foremost focusing on the years 1907-1935.
Some of his lovers were intimidated to stay quiet. Some were even bribed, and some remained loyal to Hitler even after the war. I go into detail about this in the book.

Lothar Machtan, Ph.D.: Yes I think they did, but especially Goebbels and Goering kept quiet about it because they were vulnerable themselves. Himmler seems to be the only one who tried to put pressure on Hitler in this concern in 1943 when the war seemed to be lost for Germany. But there has to be more research in this area.

Washington, D.C.: So why did Hitler have Ernst Rohm killed? Lover's Quarrel?
Lothar Machtan, Ph.D.: Rohm was the one who knew all about Hitler and especially about the beginning of his career. So in his struggle for power, he was always reflecting on that knowledge. And in 1933 he was quite sucessful. He became the most powerful Nazi besides Hitler. So to establish his absolute dictatorship, he made it necessary for
Hitler to get rid of him. So without having done this, Hitler would have always been insecure.

And how do you explain Hitler's affair with his neice? And was Eva Braun just willing window dressing? It all seems quite unbelievable.
Lothar Machtan, Ph.D.: Of course women like Geli Raubal and Eva Braun played an important role in Hitler's life, but what my research really shows is those relationships were not emotional, indeed not sexual, but rather for the sake of appearances.
Hitler wanted to show that he was not a man without a woman. And at last he needed the marriage of Eva Braun for his legacy.

Lothar Machtan, Ph.D.: My research shows that some of his homosexual friends in Munich were the ones who opened many important doors for him. Especially Ernst Roehm, Dietrich Eckart, Ernst Hanfstaengl.
Without the help of those influential friends, he would not have had the support that he got from bourgeois circles and even from intellectuals and artists.

Now, not only is that run in doubt, but Denham is also fighting just to hold onto his seat - all because of his vote against the state budget.A vote that, in Perata's view, was an opportunistic betrayal.
"It completely redefines the game," Denham said of the Perata attack. "You launch a recall just because you don't like somebody's vote?"
In this case, apparently, yes.
As usual in politics, there's a backstory. In this case, it's the story of two onetime friends.
Perata and Denham worked closely together to help bail out the near-bankrupt Oakland school district, which is in Perata's bailiwick.
"I've even been over to his house for dinner with my wife," Denham said.
"He was a moderate Republican who cared about education," Perata said.
In return, Perata - much to the chagrin of his fellow Democrats - elevated Denham to chairman of the powerful Agriculture Committee, a nice plum for a rising star from the farm belt. He also gave Denham a seat on the Governmental Organization Committee, which oversees legislation dealing with race tracks, card rooms and the liquor industry - all healthy contributors to lawmakers' campaigns.
It all soured over the summer, however, when Denham sided with fellow Republicans to tie up the state budget for weeks.
Denham said he was just doing what was fiscally prudent. But Perata saw Denham's change to "conservative hawk" as kissing up to the right wing to win the Republican primary come the lieutenant governor's race in 2010.
The drawn-out budget fight drove Perata to distraction, and in the process helped kill whatever momentum lawmakers were building up for health care reform and other items high on Perata's agenda. An agenda, we might add, that Perata hoped to use to persuade voters that legislators' term limits deserved to be extended.
Perata's first move was to strip Denham of his assignment to the Governmental Organization Committee. Perata also removed him as chairman of Agriculture.
Then came the threatened recall - forcing Denham to raise gobs of money in an effort to beat it back.
Denham is now asking for help from the Capo de Capo himself - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
But then, the governor is none too happy with Denham, either.
It turns out Denham's chief of staff sent a blistering letter to Republicans, accusing the governor's finance director of being a lackey of Democratic chief of staff Susan Kennedy and of intentionally or unwittingly helping "the crackpots and deadbeats" pushing the recall against Denham.
Nonetheless, Schwarzenegger spokesman Adam Mendelson said that - schedules permitting - the governor would welcome a meeting with Denham, "just like we would with any other senator."

Revisionist Homosexual History
Florence Nightingale, Abraham Lincoln, George Washington Carver, and Joan of Arc. What do all of these historic figures have in common?
According to the homosexual agenda, they were all gay.
For many years conservative and Christian leaders have been sounding the alarm about revisionists' campaign to rewrite history. These revisionists have distorted history to advance political and societal agendas for atheism, feminism, and finally homosexuality. These revisionists understand that education, especially concerning history, is their most powerful tool in molding young minds to accept their agenda. When a child is told, from the tender age of 5 through their entire public school career, that homosexuality, bisexuality, transsexuality and other controversial lifestyles are normal and to be honored, they will accept this as truth.
That is why this battle over school curriculum is so crucial. We are fighting for the hearts and minds of a generation. The SB 777 referendum is the current battlefront in defending innocent children from indoctrination. The homosexual rights group that sponsored this law, Equality California, finally admitted last week that SB 777 is in fact about curriculum-not just preventing discrimination against students. In their 2007 legislative scorecard the group declared that the bill "prohibits curriculum that is discriminatorily biased against LGBT people and other protected groups," including transsexuals, transgenders, and bisexuals. These activists are keenly aware that they need "inclusive" curriculum in order to start indoctrinating young minds.
According to the Safe Schools Coalition, a group formed to advance homosexual teachings in school, "inclusive" curriculum should feature historic figures that were considered gay, including the figures listed above. There is no evidence to suggest that these figures were in fact homosexuals, but when revising history, it's preferable to co-opt real historic figures for your cause.
With the passage of SB 777, we can now expect year-round homosexual instruction.
The Safe Schools Coalition features 12-month lesson plans for teachers to use. For January, students can expect to learn about George Washington Carver's "letters documenting his same-sex relationships, although of course, given the era in which he lived, he was not particularly open about his sexual orientation." February is African-American History Month and features more instruction on Mr. Carver and other African-American gay figures.
March is Women's History Month and students will learn about "women-loving-women born this month" including Susan B. Anthony who is "believed by historians to have had three intimate relationships with women in her life." Teachers will also instruct students on the definitions of such terms as "lesbian," "transgender," "intersex," "questioning," and "two-spirit." Teachers are encouraged to "infuse LGBTIQ/2-spirit cultural awareness into the every day life" of their classroom.
These types of detailed lesson plans exist for every month of the year, with special attention paid to June (GLBT Pride Month) and October (GLBT History Month).
As you can see, we face a well-organized and well-financed (with tax-payer dollars) agenda. The SB 777 referendum is about the people. Every day we receive letters, e-mails and phone calls of support from the thousands of people who understand just how critical this campaign is.
To help us protect the innocence of children we ask that you (1) send in your petitions as soon as possible and (2) order and fill 10 more petitions before the January 4th deadline.

(IVA) After organizers failed to gather enough signatures to put a referendum on the ballot by last Thursday's deadline,
California's egregious sexuality and gender bill for public schools (SB 777) will now go into effect.
The bill will force "San Francisco values" on "every school district throughout the state," according to one observer.
The law will make it illegal for schools to offer instruction that "promotes discriminatory bias" against people because of their "gender" or "sexual orientation."
The bill logically will lead to a ban on the use of terms "husband" and "wife," will require schools to allow a transgendered male to use the girl's restroom and compete on female sports teams, will prohibit the election of a prom "king" and "queen," and will impose the homosexual agenda on kindergarteners.

Lawmakers returned to the capitol last week and they are already engaging in mischief. Following on the heels of a very successful 2007 session for the homosexual lobby, Senator Carole Migden has re-introduced legislation that will expand domestic partnership to all adults, not just homosexuals and the elderly. SB 1066 is almost identical to last session's SB 11 (also by Migden) that failed to get out of the Assembly.
Emboldened by Governor Schwarzenegger's proclivity to side with the homosexual lobby, Senator Migden will push this very detrimental measure through the legislature.
Under current law, homosexual couples and heterosexual couples over the age of 62 with a common residence may establish a domestic partnership by filing with the Secretary of State. SB 1066 would delete the same-sex and age requirements for domestic partnership. To grant domestic partnership rights to everyone is degrading to the invaluable institution of traditional marriage. With domestic partnership, couples will receive all the benefits of marriage without actually be married. This "faux marriage" does not encourage couples to get married and raise a healthy family. Senator Migden has publicly stated that her bill is a response to the "changing family".
While it may not have the controversial label "gay marriage" that evokes such strong opposition, SB 1066 is a direct assault on the institution of marriage. If traditional marriage can be rendered meaningless by the law, then homosexual marriage will be the next step.

Good news: Christian schools still have religious freedom
Religious freedom has trumped California's homosexual "discrimination" laws in a case pitting two lesbian girls against a Christian high school in Wildomar. Last month, Riverside County Judge Gloria Trask ruled against two homosexual teenagers who claimed it was illegal for California Lutheran High School to expel them in 2005 due to their on-campus relationship. The girls' attorney plans to appeal. He argues that California's Unruh Civil Rights Act -- which, among other things, prohibits businesses that are open to the public from saying no to customers on the basis of homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality -- also applies to religious schools. Thank God, the judge ruled there were "no triable issues" and dismissed the case.
However, this will not be over until the California Supreme Court eventually rules. In 1998, the state high court ruled that the Boy Scouts were not a business because of the values they teach their members. Therefore, CCF recommends that every religious school protect itself and its students by establishing official tenets of faith. This statement of faith should specify moral standards of conduct and state that the school's primary function is the inculcation of moral standards and virtues in their students.

Parents urged to boycott homosexual indoctrination 'Day of Silence' in schools 'about coercing students to repudiate traditional morality'

What if homosexuals staged a huge promotion of that sexual lifestyle choice, and no one came to see it? That's exactly what a coalition of organizations is proposing for April 25, this year's "Day of Silence," which is sponsored in public schools across the nation to promote homosexuality.
"It's outrageous that our neighborhood schools would allow homosexual activism to intrude into the classroom," said Buddy Smith of the American Family Association, one of a long list of organizations asking parents to keep their students home from school on that day.
"'Day of Silence' is about coercing students to repudiate traditional morality. It's time for Christian parents to draw the line – if your children will be exposed to this DOS propaganda in their school, then keep them home for the day," he said.
The "Day of Silence" promotion is intended, ostensibly, to make students "aware" of the "discrimination" suffered by homosexuals in society, by having students remain silent for the day. Such events typically are organized by a school's "Gay-Straight Alliance" group, but the event has been promoted for its previous 11 years by the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, an organization with the agenda of establishing homosexual advocacy organizations such as GSAs in all schools in the nation.
The pro-family coalition said the event "is designed to pressure students to regard homosexual, bisexual, and transgender behavior as normal and worthy." It said the teaching environment is disrupted by the event because some students "and even some teachers" remain silent through the school day.
"Protesters wear T-shirts and hand out 'speaking cards' protesting alleged injustice, harassment, prejudice, and discrimination toward 'LGBT' people and their 'allies,'" the coalition said.
Linda Harvey, a spokeswoman for Mission America, told WND, "It's incredibly important that parents be very aware because things are quickly getting to a bizarre level."
A parent in Massachusetts was jailed when he objected to his kindergarten son being presented with a public school district book advocating homosexuality, and in California, lawmakers have written a law requiring teachers to present only positive representations of such alternative lifestyle choices.
Such events only "honor" such alternative lifestyles, she said.
"When a parent finds out about this kind of event, they need to take immediate action, join with other parents. They need to go to the school board. They need to be persistent. They will get a cold shoulder from those who say, 'We've never heard this [concern] before.' Those are standard responses. They need to be persistent, and very, very discerning about what's really going on and who's advocating this," she warned.
The harm being done is enormous, she noted.
"We need to be very, very concerned about the harm, for our own children and all of these children," she said. "[Under such indoctrination,] we are creating barbarians. Parents want something other than barbarians living down the street. They need to care about their own kids. They need to take this seriously. Your kids are learning to respect this behavior."
Besides being morally objectionable, such lifestyles present enormously higher risks for children for HIV and other related health damage, she noted.
"[Parents] need to decide this is real, this is extremely damaging. And it's only going to get worse. In the early 1990s there were a handful of homosexual clubs at schools. Now there are about 3,500-4,000 in high schools and they are increasing. The big trend now is in middle schools. GLSEN has made it a goal to have homosexual clubs in every school K-12. They're going to make it if we don't stand up and be counted," she said.
Matt Barber, a spokesman for Concerned Women for America, said the day "amounts to educational malpractice."
""Our schools are supposed to be places of learning, not places of political indoctrination. It is the height of impropriety and cynicism for 'gay' activists and school officials to use children as pawns in their attempt to further a highly controversial and polarizing political agenda," he said.
"Social activism does not belong in the classroom," added Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth.
The coalition is suggesting parents ask their school districts about "Day of Silence" plans, especially the date because some school districts vary. Then, the group said, parents should "inform the school of our intention to keep your children home on that date and explain why."
Then parents should talk with their children about the issue and explain homosexual behavior is not an "'innate identity,' it is sinful and unnatural," the coalition suggested. And church and religious leaders should be encouraged to organize opposition to public school promotion of homosexuality.
"The director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force broke homosexual activists' code of silence on the threat homosexual behavior poses to young people's health when he admitted this month that HIV 'is a gay disease,'" said Gary Glenn of AFA Michigan. "GLSEN should cancel its celebration of that code of silence about the severe public health hazards of homosexual behavior, and any school administrator who continues to stand silent while enabling the promotion of such harmful behavior should be sued for criminal negligence."

Exodus Mandate works fulltime on its campaign to encourage and help Christian families to leave Pharoah's school system, and spokesman Chaplain E. Ray Moore warned Christian parents of the costs of letting their children remain is a system that advocates homosexuality.
"Based on statistics, there is a 70-to-80 percent chance that a [Christian] child will abandon the church and their faith in a public school career," Moore has told WND. The bottom line, then, is Christian parents need to lobby their pastors, pastors need to lobby their denominations, and their denominations need to start programs creating and operating public schools, he said.
There's also a new organization in California, called California Exodus and operating with the slogan Rescue Your Child, seeking to remove 600,000 children from California's public schools because of that state's mandatory promotion of homosexuality.

Ruined children (CCF - With special thanks to RINO Child Pimp - Der Arnold) The other day, I sat next to a very confused 18-year-old young man. His father and stepmother, with sad voices and heavy hearts, told me the boy, as a youngster, had been molested by a relative, now considers himself "gay," and frequently wears women's clothes. His stepmom told me she was afraid he was going be killed. She said he goes to bars dressed as a woman, and that someone is going to be very angry to find out the "she" is really a "he." I tried to talk to the young man, but as severely disturbed as he was, he wouldn't talk and only giggled nervously.
I put the parents in touch with a local Exodus International counselor who specializes on helping persons who struggle with homosexuality and gender-identity disorder. I was still thinking about the boy's condition on a particularly busy morning when I missed breakfast and drove through McDonald's for an egg burrito. The girl at the window had on a new, pink uniformed jacket. "Hey, those are good jackets," I told her. "Are the boy's jackets blue?" I asked. "No, they're black," she answered. I was surprised and impressed. Although McDonald's is a pro-homosexuality corporation, it still acknowledges the difference between outer male and outer female.
Do you realize what this means? We now live in a time when most people acknowledge the difference between male and female, but the government government schools do not. A Colorado elementary school is teaching all the children there to approve of transsexuality in response to allowing an 8-year-old cross-dressing boy to enroll. And soon, because of new state laws, all California government schools will positively portray homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality to children as young as five years old, without parental permission.

Pornography begats molestation, molestation begats homosexuality and transsexuality, and these sexual lifestyles combined with political activism have begat anti-family government and anti-family school policies, and the vicious cycle continues. The Save Our Kids campaign to overturn SB 777 will kick-off next week. (CRI)
In addition to our initiative campaign, we are pursuing legislative solutions. As part of our effort to restore parental rights in public schools and protect children from indoctrination, CRFI-ally Assemblymember Bob Huff is carrying two bills that will repeal SB 777 and give parents notice when controversial sexual topics are discussed in schools.
AB 2085 and 2086 will be heard in the Assembly Education Committee next Wednesday, April 2 at 1:30pm. We need to pack the committee hearing room with supporters.
Many citizens were shocked and surprised when SB 777 passed the legislature last year. The bill passed because not enough citizens were informed or involved in the process. Every citizen outraged by SB 777 now has an opportunity to express their opinion directly to lawmakers during the committee hearing next Wednesday.

AB 2085 will amend the education code to remove the promotion of homosexuality and other controversial lifestyles in schools. AB 2086 will protect parental rights by requiring a notice be sent to parents prior to classroom discussions of controversial sexual topics.

AB 2169-Banning Child Predators from Owning Ice Cream Trucks (Cook)-Support
Most parents don't know if the ice cream truck driver in their neighborhood is a convicted sex offender. AB 2169 would solve this problem by prohibiting a city or county from issuing a license to operate an ice cream truck to registered sex offender. AB 2169 will reassure parents that when they permit their child to run to the ice cream truck, they won't be victims of a sex offender.
AB 2888-Protecting Minors from Sex Offenders (La Malfa)-Support
This bill would require any person, entity, group, or organization to require any employee, independent contractor, or volunteer who works directly and in an unaccompanied setting with minor children to go through a criminal background check, including being fingerprinted. It also prohibits any person or organization from hiring any person to work directly and in an unaccompanied setting with minor children if that person is required to register as a sex offender. CRFI supports legislation that will protect children from sex offenders in volunteer or work settings.
Please call members of the Assembly Business and Professions Committee and urge them to vote "YES" on AB 2169 and AB 2888.

California Teachers Unions Support Communist Teachers and Homosexual Curriculum in Public Schools
In Assembly and Senate Education committee hearings yesterday it was revealed that the California Teachers Association and the California Federation of Teachers support a bill that allows communist teachers in classrooms and opposed a bill that would have prevented homosexual curriculum in schools.
SB 1322 (Lowenthal) will repeal laws that give schools the authority to dismiss a teacher for being a member of the communist party and prevent communists from using government property for their meetings. During the Senate Education Committee hearing, CRFI's legislative liaison Meredith Turney introduced Alex Pop, a Romanian immigrant who was imprisoned by communists for speaking out against his oppressive government and trying to bringing Bibles into his country.
Yesterday was Mr. Pop's nineteenth anniversary of escaping from his communist oppressors. However, Mr. Pop's moving testimony about his horrific experience fell on deaf ears in the committee hearing. The bill passed the committee on a party-line vote, 5-3. The only two listed supporters of the bill were the CTA and CFT.
"It is frightening and appalling that the largest associations of teachers in California actually advocate for communists in our classrooms," stated Turney. "These unions want Lenin, Stalin, Castro and their followers indoctrinating the impressionable captive audience of young students. The CTA and CFT want the government to employ people who advocate for the violent overthrow of our government."
In the Assembly Education Committee, CRFI sponsored two bills that will protect parental rights in their children's education. AB 2085 (Huff) would return the education code to its state prior to the passage of SB 777 (Kuehl), last session's highly controversial law that will allow the promotion of homosexuality, bisexuality and transgenders to children as young as five. AB 2086 would require that if controversial topics will be discussed under SB 777, parents should at least be notified. CRFI's executive director, Karen England, testified on the bills.
Again, the CTA and CFT opposed these bills. The CFT lobbyist, Jeff Freitas, testified that AB 2086 would be bad for children and schools because "We [teachers] couldn't have a discussion on Oscar Wilde, Walt Whitman [and other historic figures] without speaking about their sexual orientation."
These teachers unions and other homosexual advocacy groups all supported SB 777 under the guise it would have "made schools safer." But when given the opportunity to support a measure that would truly make school safer, their true motivation was unmasked by their lack of support for or opposition to another bill heard in the Assembly Education Committee yesterday. AB 2362 (Keene), would have allowed students to transfer from an unsafe school to another, safer school in their area. The bill was voted down.
"If the teachers unions and homosexual groups are really concerned about student safety, and not about pushing a social agenda in schools, they would support bills that give parents options in their children's education," stated England. "All of the bills defeated yesterday would protect parental rights, students from indoctrination, and student safety. Obviously these groups have other agendas to advance, not true education and safety."

Yesterday was a truly humbling day as we witnessed a huge turnout of supporters for AB 2085 and AB 2086. Over 50 citizens arrived at the capitol at 1:00pm and patiently waited for 5 hours as other bills were heard in the Assembly Education Committee. When we finally had our turn to present our bills, every citizen had their chance to address the committee and express their support for our bills. It was overwhelming to see so many families and citizens from as far away as Los Angeles and San Jose speak for our values.
For those unable to attend the hearing, you made a huge difference as well. Staff in the capitol told us their phones were ringing off the hook with calls of support for our bills. Assemblyman Bob Huff was especially blessed by the outpouring of encouragement and support for his bills. The pro-family lawmakers too often receive messages of derision and contempt for their beliefs from anti-family groups-it's very refreshing and encouraging when they hear from fellow pro-family citizens.

CRI: Last Friday Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger attended a meeting of the Log Cabin Republicans, a group of homosexual Republicans, and publicly declared his opposition to a traditional marriage constitutional amendment citizens are working to qualify for the ballot. Many of your may have read or heard over the weekend that Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has vowed to oppose The Marriage Amendment, should it qualify for the ballot. This is a puzzling change in position, as the Governor has vetoed same-sex “marriage” legislation in the past several years pointing to the fact that the people have voted (Proposition 22) on the issue and the matter is being reviewed in the courts.

Schwarzenegger: Protecting Marriage is "Waste of Time" (CRI)
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger made headlines this week by declaring to a group of Log Cabin Republicans that an attempt to amend California's constitution to ban same-sex marriage is a "total waste of time."
Perhaps Schwarzenegger should ask children who are robbed of having both a mother and a father if it is a waste of time.
"Californians want marriage to be preserved for one man and one woman because tampering with this time-honored institution is a disservice to our children," stated Karen England, executive director of Capitol Resource Institute. "The California Marriage Protection Act deserves its day at the ballot box. This issue is too important and far-reaching to be left to the whims of activist judges and extremist politicians."
Currently the California Marriage Protection campaign is boxing up petitions and submitting them to the 58 county election officials. It will be close and more petitions are needed. At this point, every petition counts!

In a Beverly Hills speech yesterday, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger made fun of "little town" legislators. Answering a question about why more lawmakers don't travel the world to bring back ideas for our own nation, Schwarzenegger stated:
"---I always encourage the legislators in Sacramento, because some of them come from those little towns. (Laughter) You know what I'm saying? They come from those little towns and they don't have that vision yet of an airport. (Applause) Or of a highway that maybe has 10 lanes or of putting a highway on top of a highway. They look at you and they say, "Well, we don't have that in my town. What are you talking about?" So they are kind of shocked when you say certain things."
According to the Sacramento Bee, "His comments on small-town legislators drew laughs and applause from the big-city audience at the Beverly Hilton."
"Most Californians are from small towns, and those citizens are hard working Americans with traditional values, stated Karen England, executive director for Capitol Resource Institute. "For the governor of California to ridicule legislators, and their constituents, is disgusting."
"The governor is belittling our existence by attacking our elected representatives as unsophisticated rubes incapable of understanding complex issues of governance and technology," continued England. "These unbelievable comments are further proof that Arnold Schwarzenegger is completely out of touch with our state and is an elitist."
"How can we be assured that the governor will defend the average Californian's values when he laughs at us and considers us backwards hicks?" questioned England.

Coming to ALL California Schools: Transgender 3rd Grade Boys (CRI)
As word continues to spread about SB 777's outrageous sexual policies for public schools, citizens simply cannot believe the shocking situations these policies will produce. But sadly, these situations are not just hypothetical, they are real. The latest such story comes from Pennsylvania, where a 3rd grade boy will be coming to school as a girl.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, parents of the boy asked school officials to help them with a "social transition" at school. Incredibly, the Haverford School District not only agreed to this request, but then sent a letter to every parent informing them that a guidance counselor would meet with all of the school's 100 third-grader to "explain why their classmate would now wear girls' clothes and be called by a girl's name."
Parents were horrified to learn that school would authorize this type of warped "counseling" for students without parental input. "Why is the school introducing this subject to 8- and 9-year-olds?" wrote one parent on a local blog. "Why were we not notified sooner. (sic) We received the letter today, the discussion at school is tomorrow."
Unfortunately, as the result of SB 777, these types of transgender and confusing sexual stories will become commonplace in California's schools. As farfetched and extreme as it may sound, our children will soon be dealing with other sexually confused children in their classrooms.
But we can help protect the innocence of our children by repealing SB 777. This will ensure that parents have local control over these controversial issues-not out-of-touch politicians in Sacramento.

Survey Says? Support for Marriage Runs Deep (FRC)
Conservative groups are mobilizing on the ground in California, working around the clock to undo the damage of last week's ruling imposing homosexual marriage.
Our first hope is that the high court is persuaded by Alliance Defense Fund's (ADF) request to stay the ruling until the people vote on the marriage protection amendment in November. If the justices agree, it would be a monumental victory for the democratic process.
If the court rejects ADF's appeal, waves of same-sex weddings would begin as early as mid-June, wreaking legal chaos across California and other states whose residents visit the area to get married. Questions are already looming over how the country would handle six months of legalized unions if Californians vote to overturn the court this fall.
A recent poll by the LA Times suggests that a victory for social conservatives is still possible. When the paper surveyed Californians on their views of the ruling, voters opposed it by a 54% to 35% margin. Although residents support the amendment by a whopping 19 percentage points, the LA Times tried to spin the outcome, describing it as a "bare majority" that "does not bode well for the measure."
One thing the survey did demonstrate is how intense feelings are on both sides of the issue. More than four in 10 voters said they strongly disapproved of the ruling, while three in 10 strongly approved. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R), who joked that homosexual "marriage" would be good for tourism, demonstrated how out of step he is with Republican voters.
Close to 70% of Arnold's party disagreed with him on the court's decision and the upcoming ballot initiative. The California media, court, and leadership may not be on our side, but we should all be encouraged that public opinion still is.

On May 15th four members of the California Supreme Court committed an outrage against the people of the Golden State and, potentially, all Americans.
They struck down a law adopted by California voters in March 2000 and imposed homosexual marriage in the state. Under this ruling, the state's public school curricula, businesses, government agencies, and even certain religious entities will almost certainly be forced to recognize homosexual "weddings."
Even though Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) had vetoed two legislative attempts to create same-sex "marriage," he has now capitulated and said he will not support a measure likely to be on the November ballot that will make preserve man-woman marriage.
Earlier this week, Schwarzenegger even joked that this abusive ruling will bring a tourist boom to California. He told reporters, "You know, I'm wishing everyone good luck with their marriages and I hope that California's economy is booming because everyone is going to come here and get married." All joking aside, the Governor has put his finger on a big issue. Homosexual couples from across the nation will flock to sunny California this summer, obtain marriage "licenses," and return home to use them to batter every other state and its voters into submission.
The real "booming" you will hear is the destruction of our nation's laws protecting the institution of marriage. Please act now and sign our petition to Gov. Schwarzenegger. Urge him to speak out not only for man-woman marriage but for the right of the people, not the courts, to decide this question.

Wedding Crashers Good for Business, Says Gov.
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) seems to be enjoying all of the publicity the state's Supreme Court ruling is bringing to California. To a room full of reporters, Schwarzenegger crudely suggested that gay "marriage" may be a way for California's tourist industry to make a fast buck. "I'm wishing everyone good luck with their marriages, and I hope that California's economy is booming because everyone is going to come here and get married." The audience laughed, but values voters are finding more arrogance in his statement than humor.
Gay "marriage" may be a boon for business in the short-term, but accelerating the breakdown of the family will cost Americans billions more in the long run.
Last month, researchers found that what happens to the family has big implications for federal and state spending. Each year, the government has to fork over $112 billion dollars in welfare, anti-poverty programs, criminal justice costs, and remedial education just to pay for the decline of marriage.
That's nothing compared to what California's marriage mayhem will mean to taxpayers if a voter initiative to reverse this ruling does not pass this November.

The weekend gave many of us an opportunity to digest last week's thunderous attack on traditional marriage in California's high court. While we are no more comforted by the decision, it does provide some crucial insight into this radical agenda.
It is clear now that the homosexual movement will not accept some middle ground. Domestic partnerships are a way station toward the destruction of marriage. The other side is cleverly using these stepping stones as a way to soft sell social moderates on their agenda.
So far, the tactic appears to have worked on California's Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R). In applauding the ruling, he managed to insult the intelligence of voters on both sides of the issue by saying, "When the people vote, the people are not legal experts, constitutional experts, or any of that. I think that's why we have the courts. People may vote with good intentions, but then the court says, 'This is not constitutional.'" Fortunately, not every member of the court agreed with Conan the Barrister.
In the dissenting opinion, the three justices who voted against same-sex "marriage" shared their disgust at the majority's political agenda. Equating the court's decision to "legal jujitsu," Justice Baxter writes, "...[A] bare majority of this court, not satisfied with the pace of democratic change, now abruptly forestalls [the democratic] process and substitutes, by judicial fiat, its own social policy views for those expressed by the People themselves... [The majority] simply does not have the right to erase, then recast, the age-old definition of marriage, as virtually all societies have understood it, in order to satisfy its own contemporary notions of equality and justice."
In addition to California, Florida voters have the chance to enshrine the definition of marriage in their state constitution this November.
Voters in Arizona, Delaware, North Carolina, and Iowa could have a similar chance if they persist in contacting their leaders and encouraging them to pass the amendments out of their state senates. As we write this, the Legislature's "joint conference committee" is about to deliver the 2009 budget to the Legislature for a rubber-stamp vote, to send it to the Governor to be signed. It appears that they have ignored parents and children and decided to keep the $850,000 for homosexual programs targeting children in the schools.
After all of the horrors and depraved activities we've publicly exposed regarding these programs and the organizations getting the money to put them on - and after hundreds of phone calls and emails from outraged from parents and citizens - it's absolutely breathtaking that they would do this to their constituents. It's incredibly arrogant.
Our recent phone calls (and even visits) to key offices have been met with silence. Nobody on the committee wants to talk about it. Generally, that means they know they've sold us out and they just want to move on.

The California legislature passed and Governor Schwarzenegger signed into law Senate Bill 777, which redefines the term "gender" for all public schools in California. The term now means any sexual preference imaginable. In other words, you are what you think you are, regardless of your biological make-up. Further, gender is now a protected classification under California's nondiscrimination laws.
Among other absurd consequences, as applied this law will require the girls’ locker room to be open to any boy claiming to be a girl and vice versa. We have filed suit to reverse this law and new definition of "gender." Motions from both sides are forthcoming.

Communists are one step closer to being able to freely teach in California public schools now that lawmakers have passed SB 1322 (Lowenthal). (CRI)
The bill will banish from current law the ability of schools to fire teachers for being Communists. It will also allow Communists to use public school property for their meetings.
During floor debate on the bill Monday afternoon, minority Republican lawmakers attempted to at least insert language banning terrorists from teaching in schools or using government property as they conspire against innocent American citizens. The amendments to SB 1322 were voted down by the majority Democrats.
The bill returned to the Senate for concurrence, and is now headed to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's desk.
"As parents prepare to send their children back to school, they should call the governor to veto SB 1322," encouraged Karen England, executive director of Capitol Resource Family Impact. "Every parent should have the assurance that their child will not be exposed Communist brainwashing in their classroom. In addition to approving such brainwashing, Democrat lawmakers also decided that children's safety is not as important as their radical political agenda. They rejected their chance to protect students from terrorists infiltrating their schools."
Passage of SB 1322 comes just as three Americans were arrested and aggressively removed from Tiananmen Square by Communist police for peacefully protesting their opposition to China's brutal violation of human rights. The peaceful activists capitalized on international media coverage of the Beijing Olympics to draw attention to China's human rights abuses, including forced abortions and sterilizations, religious persecution of its citizens, and the denial of fundamental civil liberties.
In arguments for the bill, proponents have stated that Communism is a "failed ideology" that is no longer a threat to our nation. But simply visiting the Communist Party USA web site shows that Communists have no desire to support our government and still embrace radical beliefs.

Sacramento, California – AUGUST 7 Campaign for Children and Families (CCF), a leading California organization protecting parents' rights and children's innocence, condemns the passage of AB 2567, which will instruct all California public schools to "conduct suitable commemorative exercises" in support of the anti-religious, sexual-anarchy agenda of the late San Francisco Supervisor Harvey Milk.
On Thursday, August 7, the California Assembly passed AB 2567 on a 43 to 26 vote, Democrats for, Republicans silently against. Earlier this week, AB 2567 passed the California State Senate on a 22-13 vote, Democrats for, Republicans against. AB 2567 now goes to Governor Schwarzenegger, whose position is unknown.
"If signed into law, AB 2567 will mean an official day commemorating homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality in California government schools," said CCF President Randy Thomasson. "This will harm children as young as children as young as kindergarten. Every May 22, AB 2567 will positively portray to children homosexual experimentation, homosexual 'marriages,' sex-change operations, and anything else that's 'in the closet.' Governor Schwarzenegger should say no to this very inappropriate bill, which has nothing to do with academic excellence."
AB 2567 comes on the heels of last year's school sexual indoctrination laws. When fully implemented, SB 777 and AB 394 will teach children in California government schools to support homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality via instructional materials, programs and activities, and school "safety" guidelines. In addition, the California State School Board this year implemented SB 71, requiring public schools that provide sex education to promote unmarried sexual activity with no restraints other than mutual consent.
"AB 2567 will further motivate parents to remove their children from the immoral public school system," said Thomasson. "We're encouraging parents to visit RescueYourChild.org to learn how to save their children while they still can. With public schools becoming sexual indoctrination centers, homeschooling and church schools are no longer parental options, they're parental imperatives."
According to the State Senate floor analysis, "This bill requires the Governor to proclaim May 22 as Harvey Milk Day…The designation of a day of significance triggers statutory encouragement for public schools to observe and conduct commemorative exercises suitable to the day."
The text of AB 2567 states that "On Harvey Milk Day, exercises remembering the life of Harvey Milk and recognizing his accomplishments as well as the contributions he made to this state" should be conducted; specifically, "all public schools and educational institutions are encouraged to observe...and…conduct suitable commemorative exercises."
Under AB 2567, what will children in government schools be taught and how will children's minds be "exercised?" The answer is whatever Harvey Milk believed or is said to have believed:

Breaking his word to veto all bills until a state budget is passed, Governor Schwarzenegger signed the $9.9 billion high-speed rail road bond bill yesterday. The governor also announced that he is willing to sign other similar bills related to infrastructure and the budget. Although the new budget doesn't raise taxes (which Assembly Republicans refused to do), it does borrow heavily from taxpayers and business owners. It's certainly no long-term solution to California's budget problems, but it at least guarantees the government can operate.
With the budget now on its way to Governor Schwarzenegger, the Assembly and Senate are also sending him hundreds of bills to veto or sign. The Assembly sent 450 bills this morning alone. Sadness. Anger. California's Republican legislators refuse to delay budget to stop anti-family bills

Thank you to everyone who took the time to call Republican legislators in Sacramento last week. You've probably already heard that the state budget package was approved late Friday afternoon.
It is sad and angering that the Republican assemblymembers and state senators didn't care enough to use their leverage to stop all the anti-family bills. Governor Schwarzenegger had pledged to veto every one of these bills. If only the Republicans had held up the budget 11 more days. They could have defeated every anti-family bill and every other bad bill passed by the majority Democrats.
You deserve to know the truth. It may seem unbelievable that pro-family Republican legislators didn't use their power to stop awful bills when they had the chance. But that's exactly what happened. Let me give you the bottom-line facts:
1. Governor Schwarzenegger pledged to veto all the bills if he didn't receive an acceptable budget: In early August, Schwarzenegger said "I will veto anything on my desk, nothing will be signed and nothing dealt with" until the Legislature passed a "responsible budget."
2. Republican legislators clearly understood if they didn't pass an acceptable budget by the Sept. 30 bill-signing deadline, all the bad bills would be killed: As the San Francisco Chronicle reported on August 7, "We don't have that many bills in play on the issues that we care about," said Assemblyman Roger Niello, R-Fair Oaks (Sacramento County). "The fact of the matter is that there are a good number of bills out there that we hate." Sen. Jeff Denham, R-Merced, released a more pointed response: "Great! Many of the bills the Legislature passes do California more harm than good."
3. Every Republican legislator was alerted to the BIG PROBLEM of anti-family bills and the BIG NEED to delay the budget so these bad bills would be vetoed. They knew they had the power to hold up the budget to protect California families: On September 15, 17 and 19, Campaign for Children and Families faxed three separate letters to all 32 Republican assemblymembers and all 15 Republican state senators urging them to use their "two-thirds-vote power" to delay the budget so that all the anti-family bills would be vetoed.
We reminded them about included nurse-assisted suicide, "gay day" in public schools, and several other homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda bills passed by the Democrats. We told the Republican legislators they had two options: Finalize the budget package and see anti-family bills get signed, or delay agreement on the spending plan until October 1 and see all the bad bills vetoed.

4. The California Constitution gives the minority party -- the Republicans in both the Assembly and Senate -- the power to delay the state budget: As Republicans held together to delay the budget for two-and-a-half months, they could have held together to delay the budget until the Sept. 30 bill-signing deadline had passed. Because of the two-thirds vote requirement, the Democrat legislators could not pass several parts of the budget package without Republican votes.
The California Constitution specifies that a two-thirds vote of each house is required for the state budget bill, urgency measures, to suspend the rules to allow quicker votes, and to pass constitutional amendments. (Article IV, Sections 8(d) and 12(d), and Article I, Section 1).
ART. IV, SEC. 8(b) Two-thirds vote required to suspend the rules and allow quicker votes
"The Legislature may make no law except by statute and may enact no statute except by bill. No bill may be passed unless it is read by title on 3 days in each house except that the house may dispense with this requirement by rollcall vote entered in the journal, two thirds of the membership concurring."
ART. IV, SEC. 8(d) Two-thirds vote required to allow urgency measures
"Urgency statutes are those necessary for immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety. A statement of facts constituting the necessity shall be set forth in one section of the bill. In each house the section and the bill shall be passed separately, each by rollcall vote entered in the journal, two thirds of the membership concurring."
ART. IV, SEC. 12 (d) Two-thirds vote required to pass the budget bill
"No bill except the budget bill may contain more than one item of appropriation, and that for one certain, expressed purpose. Appropriations from the General Fund of the State, except appropriations for the public schools, are void unless passed in each house by rollcall vote entered in the journal, two-thirds of the membership concurring."
ART. XVIII, SEC. 1: Two-thirds vote required to place constitutional amendments on ballot
"The Legislature by rollcall vote entered in the journal, two-thirds of the membership of each house concurring, may propose an amendment or revision of the Constitution and in the same manner may amend or withdraw its proposal. Each amendment shall be so prepared and submitted that it can be voted on separately."
5. On September 19, there were at least three votes on the Assembly and Senate floors that required a two-thirds vote to approve the final budget bills: 1) Waive the rules to allow a vote on Senate Constitutional Amendment 30; 2) Pass SCA 30 in the Assembly and in the Senate; and 3) Waive the rules to allow a vote on SBX1 28. If Republicans had chosen to delay the budget, which would have triggered the Governor's veto of all the bills, they would have voted "no" three times on Sept. 19. Instead, virtually every Republican voted "aye" three times to move the budget bills forward.
The bottom line is Republican legislators had the opportunity to delay the budget and, in the process, kill all the bad bills on the Governor's desk. But they looked the other way. Apparently consumed with a "get out of town" attitude, Republican legislators were seen standing and laughing on the Assembly floor between the final votes on Friday. This, when moral values and religious freedom were under severe attack!
It's sad that these Republican legislators claim to stand for family values yet were AWOL when they could and would have defeated all the bad bills on the Governor’s desk. It could and should have been the most comprehensive protection for California families since 1996, when the Republicans were the Assembly majority and blocked all Democrats' bad bills that year.
Deception at the State Capitol: Several pro-family citizens who called Republican offices last week reported being brushed off by legislative staffers and even legislators themselves who said "the budget has already passed" and "those bills have already passed, so call the Governor." This was deception that stunk to high heaven. Whatever you called it -- the "budget," the "budget package," the "budget bills," or the "budget trailer bills" -- the budget deal was not "done" until Friday, September 19 in the late afternoon.
The facts speak for themselves. If enough Republicans had voted against the final budget bills, if they had voted "no" three times instead of voting "aye" all three times when a two-thirds vote was required, the budget would have been successfully blocked. If Republican legislators had cared enough, they could have blocked the budget for 11 more days, until the Sept. 30 bill-signing deadline had passed.
The prize would have been Schwarzenegger carrying out his threat to veto all the bills on his desk. All the Democrats' anti-family bills and hundreds of other bad bills would have been vetoed. Yet by not blocking the budget, the Republicans sent a message that they didn't care. Their actions showed that they were satisfied with blocking tax hikes and were eager to get out of town. And that's what they did.
Here's the reality of the current California Legislature: California's Democrat legislators regularly pass homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda bills and other anti-family bills. Governor Schwarzenegger, a liberal Republican, usually signs them. Republican legislators usually vote against anti-family bills when they can't defeat them, and do little or nothing to stop these bad bills when they can. It's pathetic. Where is the other-centeredness, the moral courage, the warrior spirit to defend family values, not just fiscal values?

When the Republicans and Democrats joined together to pass the state budget last week, Governor Schwarzenegger backed off his threat to veto all the bills sent to his desk.
As you can imagine, most of the bills passed by the Democrat-controlled California Legislature are bad. And several bills are very bad because they would severely harm religious freedom, the natural family, and the sanctity of life.
The constitutional deadline for Schwarzenegger to sign or veto nearly 900 bills is Tuesday, Sept. 30. This means you have only a few days left to urge him to veto the bad bills.
Please take action right away. Call the Governor to plead with him to veto the anti-family bills, and pray to God to ask His mercy for Californians electing unvirtuous governors. In his five years at the helm of California government, Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed more than 90 percent of the anti-family bills that reached his desk. Both he and his wife, Maria, have chiefs of staff who are homosexual activists.

Oppose AB 2567- Call Today
If you live in California, this bill affects you! You need to let Governor Schwarzenegger know if you oppose AB 2567 - a bill that would set aside May 22nd as Harvey Milk Day in the State of California - the celebration of a homosexual offiial. Schwarzenegger Cells Out the Poor (FRC)
California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has vetoed SB1565, the Stem Cell Affordability Bill, which would have guaranteed accessibility for poor Californians to stem-cell therapies developed with state taxpayer funds, provided flexibility for approval of research projects, and audited the California Institute of Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) governing board.
CIRM, focused solely on embryonic stem cells and cloning, has spent huge sums on buildings and salaries and rejected projects that would treat patients with adult stem cells.
CIRM head Robert Klein and his surrogates don't want accountability for the $6 billion taxpayer layout, and they viciously attacked the bill's sponsor.
Despite that, the popular bipartisan bill sailed through the California legislature with virtually no opposition. So Schwarzenegger, with blinders on to the scientific facts and a bit in his mouth from the CIRM, vetoed the bill.
Bioethicist Wesley Smith notes that "in backing the CIRM's fiscal profligacy and giving the back of his hand to the poor and the ill through his veto, Schwarzenegger made a joke of his reputation as a fiscal conservative and bipartisan consensus builder."
Sadly, California taxpayer money will continue to be wasted on the least successful, least promising research, ignoring accessibility for the poor patients.

Yes, he vetoed "Gay Day" and purported to stop open communists from becoming school teachers.
These were victories pro-family citizens pressured Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to give us. But remember how much damage he did last year by signing the school sexual indoctrination bills?
The reality is, California government schools are still liberal, dumbed-down sexual indoctrination centers, thanks to Schwarzenegger, former Gov. Gray Davis, and the multi-year reign of Democrat legislators.
The only changes to the law is what's signed into law. That's why it's appalling that Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a raft of anti-family bills as the Sept. 30 deadline came and went. Sadly, the nurse-assisted suicide bill has been signed into law. So were homosexual-bisexual-transsexual bills attacking moral values and religious freedom. This was despite thousands and thousands of Californians calling and emailing Schwarzenegger. It's very sobering.
Yet I am motivated to do more to educate voters so they don't keep making mistakes election after election. I hope you're also motivated for the love of God and people to keep standing and growing in effectiveness. We must shine the light even brighter.
I want to sincerely thank all who wrote, called, and prayed to God over the last several weeks concerning the bills on the Governor's desk. You persevered and held up the torch of truth. In the end, Schwarzenegger signed 772 bills and vetoed 415 bills. That's 772 bills approved by the Democrat-controlled Assembly and Senate, meaning most of them were big government or anti-family in philosophy.
It was inexcusable that Republican legislators didn't take Schwarzenegger up on his threat to veto all the bills if the budget had not passed in September. The homosexual activists knew all their bills would be vetoed if the Republicans had continued to block the budget. So did CCF, which is why we vigorously called upon Republicans to keep holding on and holding out just 11 more days. But there was no vision or courage from the Republican leaders to see the Democrats' bad bills vetoed. So most were signed.
The anti-family bills that will be the law come January. Because the bills got to Schwarzenegger and because of his socially liberal values, come January there will be more bad laws to live under in California. Among them are:

The latest anti-family, pro-homosexuality entities to come out against California's man-woman marriage Proposition 8 are Maria Shriver (Mrs. Arnold Schwarzenegger) and Apple Computer.
In a KNBC Los Angeles TV interview on Sunday, Shriver said, "I'm voting no on Prop 8. I believe in a people's right to choose a partner that they love." Shriver, a Democrat, has a homosexual activist, Daniel Zingale, as her chief of staff.

Remember, all this time, Democrats have been the majority party in the California Legislature, except for one year, 1996, when Republicans briefly controlled the State Assembly.
Despite these uncharted waters, SaveCalifornia.com is seeing the usual kind of political prostitution we're used to from Democrat legislators. Incredibly, beholden to the government employee unions, Democrat caucus leaders say that more taxes and fee hikes are still on the table for consideration.
Meanwhile, the unions and other entities that depend on taxpayer funds -- literally everyone at the government feeding trough -- is gearing up for a major war to protect "their funds." They've long forgotten whose money it is.
We haven't yet seen Schwarzenegger do what he's never done before -- promise to veto tax hikes and borrowing schemes. Will he take a firm stand when he speaks today to a joint session of the California Legislature? The Governor signs or vetoes spending packages. He holds the bulk of the power to change government's gluttonous appetitite -- if he chooses to persevere and do what's right.

It's official: Migden named to waste board (SacBee)
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger officially named San Francisco Democrat Carole Migden to a high-paying seat on the state's waste board on Friday. The job pays $132,178 per year.
The appointment was announced Friday afternoon by the Schwarzenegger administration along with a slew of other, largely unpaid board posts, such as members of the board of directors of the Grand National Rodeo, Horse and Stock Show. Capitol Alert reported Migden was likely to receive the appointment last week.
Migden, who lost her Senate reelection primary to then-Assemblyman Mark Leno in June, is the third ex-lawmaker to land of the lucrative Integrated Waste Management Board in the last two weeks. The first was ex-Assemblyman John Laird. Then came former Sen. Sheila Kuehl. All three are Democrats. All three also happened to be members of the LGBT caucus.
Migden is a controversial pick after the series of public missteps that helped lead to her electoral deficit in June.
A couple years back, she pressed the vote button of an Assembly Republican for her own legislation. Earlier this year, she paid a state record $350,000 fine for campaign finance violations.
She pleaded no contest to misdemeanor reckless driving after a 30-mile drive in her state-owned SUV ended in a collision.
And in August, Senate officials sent her staff members home after she was heard berating them from the hallway. Jim Boren of the Fresno Bee editorial board called the Migden pick "the worst appointment of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's political career."
Schwarzenegger's office, in a written statement, said the idea for the appointment was from newly sworn-in Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg.
"Senator Steinberg recommended Senator Migden to serve on the Integrated Waste Management Board because she has held several elected positions throughout local and state government for nearly 20 years and her background will serve well in this new role to promote zero waste in California in partnership with local governments, industry officials and the public," Schwarzenegger spokesman Rachel Cameron e-mailed in a statement.
Migden began her political career as a San Francisco supervisor before rising to become a state Assemblywoman and then Board of Equalization member and then state senator. There is a long tradition of legislative leaders and governors appointed ex-lawmakers and close acquaintances to the Integrated Waste Management Board.

SACRAMENTO – Just days after California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced his selection of homosexual activist Harvey Milk for the California Hall of Fame, the announcement has fueled concerns about passage of a bill requiring a mandatory "gay" day in public schools.
Milk, a homosexual icon considered by some to be "a martyr for gay rights," was among 13 Californians the governor honored Aug. 25 because they "embody California's innovative spirit and have made their mark on history," according to the announcement.
But Randy Thomasson, president of SaveCalifornia.com, a leading West Coast pro-family organization, said he is disappointed about the governor's selection of Milk for the honor.
"Harvey Milk was a notorious sexual predator, advocated multiple sexual relationships at the same time, was a public liar and is in no way a good role model for children," Thomasson said.
Last year, Schwarzenegger vetoed a bill proclaiming May 22 – Milk's birthday – a date of "special significance." The Legislature has been pushing for the governor to allocate one day each year for school children in public institutions to celebrate "Harvey Milk Day." Upon vetoing the legislation in 2008, the governor argued that Milk's "contributions should continue to be recognized at the local level by those who were most impacted" during his time as San Francisco supervisor.
But on Aug. 12 this year, President Obama honored Milk with the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
"He was here to recruit us – all of us – to join a movement and change a nation," Obama said. "For much of his early life, he had silenced himself. In the prime of his life, he was silenced by the act of another. But in the brief time in which he spoke, and ran, and led, his voice stirred the aspirations of millions of people. ... Now, legislators are hoping Obama's announcement and Schwarzenegger's hall of fame induction will boost chances of the governor signing S.B. 572, yet another bill sponsored by Sen. Mark Leno, D-San Francisco, that would create a "Harvey Milk Day" to be observed in public schools. It has passed the Senate and is now awaiting vote in the Assembly.
SaveCalifornia announced today that after intense pressure of phone calls and e-mails to Democrat legislators, S.B. 572 has temporarily stalled in the Assembly. The bill cannot come back for a vote on the Assembly floor until Monday. The group is asking citizens to call, fax and send e-mails to Schwarzenegger and state legislators through the weekend, urging them to reject the bill.
The bill encourages all California public schools to "conduct suitable commemorative exercises … remembering the life of Harvey Milk and recognizing his accomplishments as well as the contributions he made to this state."
It requires no parental consent for student participation.
S.B. 572 states, "Perhaps more than any other modern figure, Harvey Milk's life and political career embody the rise of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) civil rights movement in California, across the nation, and throughout the world."
"'Harvey Milk Gay Day' would teach school kids all about the life and very controversial values of Harvey Milk," said Thomasson. "Based on the historical record of Milk's sordid life, this could include teaching elementary and secondary schoolchildren that adult-child homosexual 'sex' is OK, having multiple sexual relationships at the same time is OK, and telling a very public lie is good if it 'gets you ahead.' This instruction, whether taught directly or indirectly, is not what parents want or children need."
Thomasson noted that Randy Shilts, a homosexual San Francisco Chronicle reporter, wrote a favorable and telling biography of Milk called "The Mayor of Castro Street." Thomasson delivered copies of pages in the 1982 book to members of the California Assembly today. The book describes Milk's sexual relationships with a 16-year-old, a 19-year-old and other young men. The following are some passages in the book:
* "...sixteen-year-old McKinley was looking for some kind of father figure. ... At thirty-three, Milk was launching a new life, though he could hardly have imagined the unlikely direction toward which his new lover would pull him." (Pages 30-31)
* "It would be to such boyish-looking men in their late teens and early twenties that Milk would be attracted for the rest of his life." (Page 24)
* "Harvey always had a penchant for young waifs with substance abuse problems." (Page 180)
* "Harvey confided one night that at twenty-four, Doug was the oldest man Harvey had ever started an affair with." (Page 237)
Shilts chronicles Milk's affairs with teenagers and young men. According to one passage cited by SaveCalifornia, Milk explained to his lover why he should be allowed to have multiple relationships simultaneously:
As homosexuals, we can't depend on the heterosexual model. ... We grew up with the heterosexual model, but we don't have to follow it. We should be developing our own life-style. There's no reason why you can't love more than one person at a time. You don't have to love them all the same. You love some less, love some more – and always be honest with everybody about where you're at. They in turn can do the same thing and it can open up a bigger sphere. (Pages 237-238)
Thomasson said the book also reveals that Milk publicly lied for years about the end of his Navy career and had not been kicked out for being homosexual. Milk served as a diving officer aboard the submarine rescue ship, the USS Kittiwake, during the Korean War. He was dicharged in 1955 for undisclosed reasons:

A SurveyUSA poll found that 69 percent of Californians object to making Milk's birthday a statewide "day of significance" while 11 percent remain unsure. Only 19 percent agreed with the plan. onetheless, state legislators are still fighting for the yearly commemoration.
The text of the bill states, "It is the intent of the Legislature that the exercises … be integrated into the regular school program, and be conducted by the school or institution within the amount otherwise budgeted for educational programs."
"This bill is not about 'gay rights' or 'stopping harassment,'" Thomasson said. "Instead, S.B. 572 is outright promotion of everything Harvey Milk believed in – the entire gay, lesbian, bisexual, transsexual agenda pushed upon schoolchildren as young as kindergarten, without parental permission."

WHERE DOES SCHWARZENEGGER STAND? (savecalifornia.com)
Because "Harvey Milk Gay Day" is likely to pass the Democrat-controlled California Legislature, SaveCalifornia.com is heavily lobbying Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who vetoed the same bill last year.
The Governor could go either way on this. He and his wife both have homosexual chiefs of staffs. Schwarzenegger has signed the overwhelming majority of homosexual agenda bills since he took office in 2003. And he's being lobbied harder than last year by homosexual activists to sign "Harvey Milk Gay Day."
Who will Arnold end up pleasing? In an extraordinary and concerning move, the Governor twittered this on Aug. 24: "Some interesting bills coming down. Give me your thoughts on the water package, Harvey Milk Day, and the prison reform bills."
Since this is a horse race between pro-family citizens and anti-family liberals, please take renewed action.

As the deadline for signatures loomed, a couple thousand more pro-family Californians responded to our call to sign SaveCalifornia.com's online petition opposing "Harvey Milk Gay Day." Thank you!
Then more good news -- our volunteers counting the paper petitions announced many more had come in from active individuals, many who collected from their local churches. Our goal was in sight!
When we finally stop counting early Wednesday evening, we had 14,255 signatures! SaveCalifornia.com announced this fact to TV and radio reporters Thursday at 11 a.m., then we carted the heavy boxes of petitions into the Governor's receiving area on the first floor of the State Capitol.

But he said whatever the Governor decided, one side or the other was going to be very unhappy. This is true, but not what pro-family voters deserve to hear!

More signatures against than for SB 572 collected in one month's time
Sacramento, California -- More than 14,000 signatures of Californians opposing 'Harvey Milk Gay Day' for schoolchildren have been delivered to Governor Schwarzenegger, urging him to veto the bill like he did last year.
The 14,255 signatures were collected in less than a month via online and paper petitions by SaveCalifornia.com, a statewide pro-family, pro-child organization that is leading the charge against SB 572, "Harvey Milk Gay Day," which is on the Governor's desk.
"In less than a month, many more parents and grandparents have signed petitions opposing "Harvey Milk Gay Day" than those who, in the same span of a month, signed petitions supporting this school day of blatant sexual indoctrination," said SaveCalifornia.com President Randy Thomasson. "The large and growing opposition to SB 572 isn't surprising. Only one out of five Californians support honoring Harvey Milk with a "day of significance."
The petitions, delivered today to the Governor's office by Thomasson and parents, read as follows:

* Whereas, the appropriate goal of the California public school system is to teach children academic proficiency, not to indoctrinate children with controversial and politically-correct notions;
* Whereas, the effect of SB 572 is to openly teach children that homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality are good and natural and maybe for them;
* Whereas, fathers and mothers -- not politicians -- should have the final say about the teaching of sexual lifestyles to their children;
* Whereas, by passing SB 572, the California Legislature is pressuring children in public schools, as young as kindergarten, to celebrate "Harvey Milk Gay Day," regardless of their parents' wishes;
* Whereas, the Governor of the State of California retains veto power over this legislation;
* Whereas, in 2008, the Governor vetoed the same bill pushing "Harvey Milk Gay Day" (AB 2567);
* Therefore, I hereby urge Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to exercise his constitutional power to veto and strike down SB 572.
"'Harvey Milk Gay Day' is opposed by most Californians, who want schoolchildren to be taught academics, not perverse sexual indoctrination," said Thomasson. Schwarzenegger Signs Bill Indoctrinating Students to Support
Dangerous, Ineffective, Unethical Embryonic Stem Cell Research
Sacramento -- SaveCalifornia.com, a West Coast pro-family, pro-child organization, is appalled that Governor Schwarzenegger has signed a bill authorizing new curriculum to teach schoolchildren the lie that embryonic stem cell research heals people (it doesn't), that it doesn't harm people (it has caused tumors and cancer in patients), and doesn't kill human beings (it does, by destroying human embryos).
"By signing SB 471, curriculum will be created to teach children that embryonic stem cell research is good, helpful, harmless and ethical, when just the opposite is true," said SaveCalifornia.com President Randy Thomasson. "It's absurd for the Legislature and the Governor to continue putting money the state doesn't have, plus valuable classroom time, into California's $3 billion failed experiment on embryonic stem cells. Embryonic stem cell research hasn't produced a single effective treatment, but instead has caused tumors and tissue rejection. It's wrong to lie to children about this."
"The State of California should instead support research in adult stem cells and cord blood stem cells, which are successfully treating more than 70 conditions, ranging from Parkinson's disease to spinal cord injuries to blindness," continued Thomasson. "Dr. Oz says the stem cell debate is over because induced pluripotent stem cells are healing diseases without harming anyone, while embryonic stem cell treatment hasn't healed anyone but has caused cancer and tissue rejection. Morally-acceptable induced pluripotent stem cells, manipulated to behave like embryonic stem cells, have solved the rejection problem because these stem cells are taken from a patient's own body."
Research at UCLA using adult stem cells has produced rehabilitative cells without the destruction of human beings. This is worth celebrating, not ignoring.
Earlier this year, it was announced that British and Canadian scientists have discovered a way to produce an almost endless supply of stem cells that could safely be used in patients and research, without any need to destroy human embryos. The cells are made from a person's own skin, carrying the person's own DNA, thus preventing future rejection by the immune system. This is much better than unhelpful and hugely expensive embryonic research.

Flip-flopper governor signs 'Harvey Milk' bill
Charlie Butts - OneNewsNow - 10/13/2009 lCalifornia Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed a law designating May 22 as "Harvey Milk Day" for public school students.
Harvey Milk, the first openly homosexual member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, was murdered in 1978 while in office. Randy Thomasson of SaveCalifornia.com tells OneNewsNow that in light of the governor's signature on SB 572, schools in The Golden State are now a source for homosexual indoctrination.
"Now children are going to be taught to admire the homosexual activist, his entire homosexual/bisexual agenda -- even a cross-dressing agenda," he asserts.
Schwarzenegger previously had vetoed a bill authorizing Harvey Milk Day bill. But Thomasson says the governor's record helps explain why he signed it this time.
"He signed a bill recognizing out-of-state homosexual 'marriages' -- a clear violation of Proposition 8," says the family advocate, referring to the voter-approved constitutional amendment protecting traditional marriage. "[So] it's no surprise [that] if he flip-flops on marriage, that he flip-flops on saying one year the Harvey Milk Gay Day should be vetoed and the next year signing it into law."
According to Thomasson, calls to the governor were 4-to-1 against signing the bill -- and he now encourages people to call again and voice their disapproval.
He also strongly suggests it is time for parents to make other educational arrangements for their children, noting that RescueYourChild.org explains how to do that.

For some time now I have lamented the fact that major issues are overlooked while many
unnecessary bills come to me for consideration. Water reform, prison reform, and health
care are major issues my Administration has brought to the table, but the Legislature just
kicks the can down the alley.
Yet another legislative year has come and gone without the major reforms Californians
overwhelmingly deserve. In light of this, and after careful consideration, I believe it is
unnecessary to sign this measure at this time.
