Its still early, but it appears that both Alhambra and Acalanes are headed for the NCS playoff's they will join what looks like the following 14 teams, plus the Don's and the Bullodog's...spear heading the Don's is their new coach who has pumped new life into the Acalanes team plus the running of Tyler Mally and a pretty solid core of players. Alhambra's spear head has been Richard Calhoun who to date has amassed 1520 yards to date and the passing of Cellini.....Now if the Bulldogs should loose to Miramonte and Acalanes continues its winning ways, there will be a tie for first place in the DFAL and the Bulldogs will loose a home field advantage in the playoffs...So you can bet if the Mat's can spoil the Bulldog's bid for a first place, they will sure Try, but at the same time, this game will be on Alhambra's home field and theywill go all out....
