This is a disturbing comment by LT Mike Gibson in a recent article describing the Bears recent death spiral:
"It's just little mistakes that keep adding up," Gibson said. "The little things keep on getting bigger and bigger. I definitely feel that we're lacking somewhere, and it's the lack of drive to win, like we had in the first five games."
Lack of a drive to win? Then, why the hell suit up and play every Saturday if you are not driven to win games? This game takes too much preparation/time/commitment and physical toll on the body not to be driven to win. I'm sorry, but this is coaching from JT all the way down to the assistants.
Solution: Spring cleaning of the assistants starting with Alamar.
