Okay. Nice work. Now, handcuff Noblitt to a chair and leave him in a room, alone, with Ramos for about 15 minutes. If Ramos wants to play a little "catchup" I say no problem. If he doesn't, send Noblitt where he belongs and call it even. These guys are used to skating... it would be nice to see them get what they deserve every once in awhile.

The penalties for pursuits like this need to be much more harsh. Giving the guy a 90 day parole violation isn't enough. MANDATORY MINIMUMS!!! Felonious pursuit? Give him 5 years minimum. The same jerks do this over and over again.....

So, you can get beat up by a guy but you never get to punch him back? He steals your van and wrecks it and you cannot punch him upside the head? Victims need more rights in this country!

This jerk should get some chain gang duty as well as have to pay for all costs associated with the stupid crap he's done. This means, he should pay for police time, city time, all damages inflicted on the cars he hit while being stupid, wear and tear on the road ways, all legal costs including judge time and court time and all food and utlities incurred while he wasted all of these resources just by his existence.

Not only will this jerk get minimal time in jail...he is getting 3 meals, top notch medical, the right to full religious services, full access to schools (even the kids schools are being cut) etc etc....all on our dime! He needs bread and water and at least 15 years in prison doing hard time!!! RIDICULOUS! But they wont, they will give him probation and let him out to do more crimes....sad, really sad....
