i'm on the bay a lot, i know there are way too many gulls. it'll be a tragedy if they're the benficiaries of the terrific restoration project. how about professional hunters to supplement the other measures being taken?
Re: slagheap's question, people have considered "lethal control," and it's been done in other cities. But it's considered too controversial in this area. So wildlife managers are left with the options at hand.
