I have a freind who went to this dealership several years ago wanting to buy a BMW. The sales people would have nothing to do with her because she was wearing jeans and t-shirt. She could have paid cash if she wanted
How did this one slip through the fingers of the E.E.O.C.? Answer: No females involved. The Washington Marxists are in control now; so perhaps they can go after the dealership on a diversity complaint unless they were replaced with female Latino saleswomen. I wonder if these terminations could be related to a downturn in the economy? No way.
and again .. how many people during this economic crisis were let go? and not just from bmw but from stores nationwide as well? so why is it assumed that these terminations were discriminatory? i could see if maybe they were the only ones let go but i highly, HIGHLY doubt that
i guarantee you that she was not ignored just because she had on jeans and a t shirt .. i hav a friend that used to work there and she told me that its hard to get a salesman cuz they hav to go in a specific order. and some of those guys just dont pay attention .. just cuz they should doesnt mean they do.
So, let's see, three of the salesmen were let go after years of service in a highly sluggish economy THEN they claim discrimination???
I'm also sure that they were good salesmen, but the facts are that many very good talented highly qualified people are getting the 'ol pink slip these days and it has nothing to do with discrimination. It's about the economy "stupid" ....
It's a fact that auto dealers are being hit very hard in these tough economic times. Auto dealers which have been operating for years in Concord are closing their doors due to the bad economy. It has nothing to do with race, it has everything to do with the money just isn't there to employ all the people that were once on the payroll at these places.
Unless these individuals have a track record of going to Human Resources and documenting all the alleged discriminatory acts (that they allege) and that track record is released to the public for all to see the complaint and the results, my suspicion is that these individuals are just suing because they are upset they lost their jobs, don't have any money left in their pockets so .. what the heck ... let's file a frivolous lawsuit. Everyone knows that in a lot of cases these things never see light of day in a court room. It's often cheaper to just pay the complainers some money than it is to pay all the Lawyer fees to seek true justice.
I highly doubt this is true based on the time line of the layoffs, then the complaint. If there was one shred of truth to it, the ones filing the lawsuit would have done so, long ago during their many years as employees there, while still employed.
But, that's me and my logical thinking ... what do I know.
So what if he is from Argentina? Do you think that because he is from Argentina he is not a discriminating [bleep]? Think better. you dont have a clue. Argentina, in "South America" "South, Dario White..." Have you even been in that part of the world? I have. I don't think he is. but hey, as with most people, you cannot say that he is not.
Who cares anyway! I dont think there was discrimination. i believe that that was the trash talk of the place. and believe me, these people most likely went along with it. The poor little "CAR SALESMAN?" let me LMAO. Remember them, the ones lying to you, trying to manipulate you to get you a higher interest. the ones telling you that you need a down payment 30% when you no need it at all. And they were good at it, apparently. Now they feel discriminated.... I cannot stop laughing. they make wanna vomit. tell me about the wolf crying foul.
