For the past couple of hours, I have noticed that the CC Times will not allow comments to the Fort Hood article. What's up with that?
And, I want to ask military families in this area ... does anyone need 'a ride' to Texas? If so, I would be willing to purchase a couple of plane tickets for military personnel. SMOKEY38 ... any help or suggestions?

My thoughts and prayers for all the victims and their families.
I'm not sure of how to help these families. But the Red Cross will be accepting blood donors. I think you could also contact Delta Blue Star Moms.com for advise from our area.

I just want to say thank you liberals for fort hood, you did this! how in the hell did this guy even join our military? oh thats right, liberals say we have to except everyone, and not hurt their "feelings". way to go! we our now breeding terrorists from within, wonderful, unfrickin believable how far you liberals will go to absolutely kill this country and everyone in it! you ought to be ashamed of yourselves! and its nice to see our president is sooooo concerned about it! he is more interested in cramming health care, which is crock by the way, down our throats and more stimulus packages which arent doing any of us "peasants" any good either. scrwe the whole liberal democratic party! funda"mental" terrorists is all they are!!!!!!!! burn in hell you bums.
