I agree. My husband, bless him, believes that more people should get involved and he has himself, more than once. I'm proud of him but I tell him to be careful because these days you can get sued by the criminal and in California, they can win!! Remember the cab driver in san francisco who ran down the pursesnatcher who assaulted and robbed the pregnant tourist? The con had a rap sheet as long as your arm and sued the cabbie for his medical expenses from prison...
