I was just wondering how much everyone’s average water bill is… I’m afraid I have a leak because my water bill is so high… I average about 100.00 per month is this normal?
....if you have a water leak. One way is to make sure that all faucets and water fictures in the home and yard are turned off, no water running, including toilets.
Find your water meter..........look at the dial. If the numbers are going up, then yup, you're losing water from somewhere. May be a pipe leak, or leaky faucets. Either way you need to correct it.
So I took your advice and yep I do have a leak………….. Thanks to all that replied.. I’m going to go sell my house now for half of what I bought it for 4 years ago…lol…..or maybe I will rent it out to someone on section-8.. Just kidding I wouldn’t do that to my lovely Neighborhood .
.............and making it better. Check around to see if any soggy spots in yard or under house etc. Glad you found out. When I lived in Oakley, the water company would notify us if we used excessive water............and to check for leaks if not using more water.
If your foot sinks in your lawn, it's probably a bad sprinkler valve. Those suckers always leak. Maybe a head blew off too and you got a geyser going in the middle of the night and you don't even know it!
I live in antioch and my bill is in the thirty dollar to thirtyfive range. you better find out what the problem is and fix it.Do you have a pool or spa?

Make sure you disclose your leak! You don't want to sell it for half of what you bought it for and then get sued on top of that!

He just disclosed it publicly right here. That should prevent any future purchasers of the property from suing him : ).
