Obama Morally Wrong to Sign - here's how 'hate crime' laws trample religious freedom - California using 'LGBT hate crime' definitions to squash people's cherished moral values

Sacramento -- SaveCalifornia.com, a leading West Coast pro-family, pro-child organization, is warning Americans that the homosexual-bisexual-transsexual "hate crimes" law signed today by President Obama will, unrestrained, lead to "LGBT rights" trampling religious freedom and everyone else’s rights.

California's experience with "hate crime" laws clearly demonstrates how moral conscience is trampled by placing definitions of anything-goes "sexual orientation" and "gender" into the law. "In 1998, California first placed homosexuality into the state's hate-crime law," said Randy Thomasson, a legislative analyst and president of SaveCalifornia.com.

"Ten years later, largely hidden from the general public, these hate-crime definitions are being used to sexually indoctrinate schoolchildren, trample parental rights, and infringe upon the religious rights and moral standards of business owners and property owners."

“By awarding special preference to alternative lifestyles in hate-crimes laws, today in California, the homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda has more legal power than religious citizens, parents, business owners and property owners,” said Thomasson. “Children, parents, contractors, business owners, and physicians have all been hurt by the ‘LGBT hate crimes’ law.

Given California’s experience, it is reasonable to expect that, unless restrained by voters, Congress will expand the federal ‘LGBT hate crimes’ definitions throughout the U.S. Code, trampling religious freedom, parental rights, moral standards, and ownership rights in the process.”

"Connect the dots," said Thomasson, "and you'll see how 'LGBT hate crimes' definitions are the beginning of the intolerant homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda trampling other people's basic rights throughout the law. It's imperative to understand that lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender activists are demanding their own way at the expense of Americans' basic rights to exercise their religious and moral beliefs."

DOCUMENTATION: From the Penal Code to the Education, Civil and Government Codes California in 1998 enacted a law that makes the offense of vandalism a “hate crime” because of a person's race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, gender, or sexual orientation. California's "hate crimes" law set forth in the Penal Code, Section 422:55 and 56, became the foundation for the homosexual-bisexual-transsexual "rights" agenda in the rest of state law.

Penal Code Section 422:55 For purposes of this title, and for purposes of all other state law unless an explicit provision of law or the context clearly requires a different meaning, the following shall apply: (a) "Hate crime" means a criminal act committed, in whole or in part, because of one or more of the following actual or perceived characteristics of the victim: (1) Disability. (2) Gender. (3) Nationality. (4) Race or ethnicity. (5) Religion. (6) Sexual orientation. (7) Association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics. (b) "Hate crime" includes, but is not limited to, a violation of Section 422.6.

California Penal Code, Section 422:56 (h) "Sexual orientation" means heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality. (c) "Gender" means sex, and includes a person's gender identity and gender related appearance and behavior whether or not stereotypically associated with the person's assigned sex at birth. California laws advancing the homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda, empowering “LGBT rights” to trump everyone else’s rights, is based on Penal Code 422.55 and 56:

Based on Penal Code, Section 422.56, the California Government Code allows fines up to $150,000 against business owners and property owners who are morally opposed to homosexuality, bisexuality and transsexuality. • Government Code, Section 12926 (p) "Sex" includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, childbirth, or medical conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth. "Sex" also includes, but is not limited to, a person's gender, as defined in Section 422.56 of the Penal Code. (q) "Sexual orientation" means heterosexuality, homosexuality, and bisexuality. Based on the Government Code, which is based on Penal Code, Section 422.56, the California Civil Code requires businesses open to the public to elevate homosexuality, bisexuality and transsexuality above their own religious values or moral standards.

• Civil Code, Section 51 (4) "Sex" has the same meaning as defined in subdivision (p) of Section 12926 of the Government Code. (6) "Sexual orientation" has the same meaning as defined in subdivision (q) of Section 12926 of the Government Code. Based on Penal Code, Section 422.56, the California Education Code allows teachers and other school employees to cross-dress and be openly homosexual and bisexual in front of children, and indirectly requires positive portrayal of homosexuality, bisexuality and transsexuality to schoolchildren in school "instruction" and campus "activities." (See rescueyourchild.org/SB_777.html and leginfo.ca.gov/pub/99-00/bill/asm/ab_0501-0550/ab_537_bill_19991010_chaptered.html)

• Education Code, Section 200 It is the policy of the State of California to afford all persons in public schools, regardless of their disability, gender, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that is contained in the definition of hate crimes set forth in Section 422.55 of the Penal Code, equal rights and opportunities in the educational institutions of the state. The purpose of this chapter is to prohibit acts that are contrary to that policy and to provide remedies therefor.

• Education Code, Section 220 No person shall be subjected to discrimination on the basis of disability, gender, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that is contained in the definition of hate crimes set forth in Section 422.55 of the Penal Code in any program or activity conducted by an educational institution that receives, or benefits from, state financial assistance or enrolls pupils who receive state student financial aid. • Education Code, Section 51500 No teacher shall give instruction nor shall a school district sponsor any activity that promotes a discriminatory bias because of a characteristic listed in Section 220.

• Education Code, Section 66251 It is the policy of the State of California to afford all persons, regardless of their sex, ethnic group identification, race, national origin, religion, mental or physical disability, or regardless of any basis that is contained in the prohibition of hate crimes set forth in subdivision (a) of Section 422.6 of the Penal Code, equal rights and opportunities in the postsecondary institutions of the state. The purpose of this chapter is to prohibit acts that are contrary to that policy and to provide remedies therefor.

• Education Code, Section 66270 No person shall be subjected to discrimination on the basis of sex, ethnic group identification, race, national origin, religion, color, or mental or physical disability, or any basis that is contained in the prohibition of hate crimes set forth in subdivision (a) of Section 422.6 of the Penal Code in any program or activity conducted by any postsecondary educational institution that receives, or benefits from, state financial assistance or enrolls students who receive state student financial aid.

ABC 20/20 Report Says Matthew Shepard Killed During Robbery Not Anti-Gay Hate Crime

NEW YORK, November 12, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The 1998 Matthew Shepard murder, portrayed as a hate crime because Shepard was homosexual, was in fact a bungled robbery and not motivated by hate, according to an ABC 20/20 investigation.

Shepard's murder set in motion a drive to promulgate new laws to protect homosexuals from discrimination, including the so-called hate crimes laws Bill C-250 in Canada, and a similar proposed law in the US.

20/20 interviewed the killers, Aaron McKinney and Russell A. Henderson for their exposé, which alleged that the two had made a bargain with the court that they would not speak to the media in exchange for an agreement sparing them the death penalty. However, Henderson's lawyer has contacted LifeSiteNew.com and stated that only McKinley made the bargain. They are both serving consecutive double life sentences.

Shepard was a college student beaten to death by McKinney and Henderson in Laramie, Wyoming, in 1998.

"The murder of Matthew Shepard was and is a heinous and vicious crime," ABC News spokesman Jeffrey Schneider told the New York Post.

"Exploring and re-examining the facts around that murder in a very thoughtful and in-depth way is the very essence of responsible journalism. This new information in no way diminishes the importance of the national conversation that took place after Matthew Shepard's murder."

Complete, despicable rubbish from the hatemonger in chief, Oh-So-Wacko. Nowhere in his rant does he offer any facts whatsoever to support his claim that the Shepard murder was NOT a hate crime. Why? Because he has no such evidence. The mere fact this hatemonger would attempt to soft pedal such a heinous and violent crime shows the blatant hypocrisy and acute hatred practiced by the right wing extremist homophobes and neo nazis who hide behind the veil of christian theology in order to mask their absolutely anti-christian behavior. One only has to look at the energy that the hatemongers have devoted to opposing the federal hate crimes legislation in order to understand why it is needed, and a positive legislative achievement.

Hate crimes law - ungodly, unconstitutional, unnecessary
Jim Brown - OneNewsNow - 10/29/2009

Handcuffs - A Christian evangelist who was once arrested, jailed, and charged under Pennsylvania's hate crimes law says the federal hate crimes bill signed into law by President Obama is one of the most dangerous laws in the history of the United States.

With the stroke of President Obama's pen yesterday, the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act became law. It creates additional penalties for violent crimes motivated by the victim's "actual or perceived" gender, "gender identity," sexual orientation, or disability.

Michael Marcavage, director of Philadelphia-based Repent America, was one of 11 Christians who were jailed and charged with a hate crime for carrying Bible verse banners and preaching at a 2004 homosexual pride event in Philadelphia. The charges were later dismissed -- and in 2008, the state's Supreme Court ruled the law had been passed illegally by the Pennsylvania legislature.

Michael Marcavage says the new federal hate crimes law is yet another move by the federal government to "silence Christians." "What this bill does is [seek] to shut down those who dare to speak against the sin of homosexuality with the hope and freedom that is found in Jesus Christ," says the Christian activist.

"Having been charged under a hate crime, I'm definitely moved with compassion on those who the government is trying to silence us from reaching out to," he continues, "but we're going to continue to do as we have been doing, and ministering to those trapped in the bondage of this lifestyle."

Marcavage offers three reasons why he opposes the new law. He says it is ungodly because it "seeks to shut down the gospel of Jesus Christ"; unconstitutional because it violates the equal protection guarantee of the 14th Amendment; and also unnecessary because there are already laws on the books that punish violent crimes.

If this were true, you, as his follower, would  be the first in line to support this new legislation, right? After all, it intends to give more effective protection to those 'trapped in the bondage of this lifestyle'.

People'trapped in the bondage of this lifestyle' were actually placed there by Jesus Himself as He created everyone as they are. Being homosexual is not a choice; in truth, it has been a target for all the crazies who feel they should be able to control other people's lives.

I read the article and it implicitly states the two murderers opted for robbery charges to avoid the death penalty. This legislation does not seek to shut down the gospel of Jesus Christ...it seeks to enforce it...especially 'Thous shalt not Kill'. Under former legislation, a lot of heinous crimes against various groups, including homosexuals, could not be prosecuted to the full extent of the law because the law, itself, neglected to mention 'specifically' these groups as being under that same umbrella of protection. IN effect, people claimed 'Oh, I didn't think it was wrong to torture, harass, murder homosexuals; after all, it doesn't say so under the legislation currently in effect.' Well, now it does. Thank you, Obama.

If you truly believe in God, you would believe that He didn't create 'junk'...so to speak. He also created homosexuals and transgendered etc. Their creation was our challenge by Him to see what type of Christians we really were. Were we to be superficial and accept only the 'politically acceptable, societal-perfect' creatures He created or ALL of His creatures? Just because you claim to believe in God does not guarantee your salvation; He admonished 'Whatever you do for the least of these, you do for Me.' Every slap in the face you administer and insult you hurl and neck you break, you're inflicting against the person you claim to speak for.

Justice is mine, says the Lord! It is not for any ordinary citizen to administer; only those in a legitimate court of law....and Jesus.

The 'Other' Shepard Murder - the one we aren't supposed to discuss...
(BTW - Matthew Shepard was a 21 year old homo-anal male with aids <possibly a result of rape while a boy> out partying with prescription drugs and drinking in a bar while cruising for homo-sex, who was killed by two crank junkies in a robbery before he could infect them)

Silence 'deafening' over murder by homosexual

Allie Martin and Jody Brown - OneNewsNow - 12/2/2008

A pro-family activist is questioning why there is no outrage over the murder of a college student by a homosexual.

On November 21, William Smithson, 43, of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to life in prison for the September 2006 strangulation murder of 23-year-old Jason Shephard. Smithson, a homosexual, murdered Shephard after slipping him GHB, a date rape drug, then hid the body in the basement of his home.

Diane Gramley, president of the American Family Association of Pennsylvania, says it is ironic that homosexuals used the murder ten years ago of Matthew Shepherd to push for hate crimes laws -- yet remain largely silent about the murder of Jason Shephard.

"[It's] a true double standard, because Jason Shephard's murder has been under the radar screen -- and basically, unless you're in Pennsylvania monitoring this kind of stuff, you don't hear about it," says Gramley. "But Matthew Shepherd? Everyone in the country knows who Matthew Shepherd is."

Gramley points out homosexual activists claim Matthew Shepherd was targeted because he was homosexual. But ABC News later revealed that Matthew Shepherd was the victim of a botched robbery -- a finding the media has largely ignored.

The Pennsylvania activist wonders where the outrage is from homosexuals over the 2006 murder. In a press release, she describes the silence from that community as "deafening."

"The murders of both Matthew Shepherd and Jason Shephard were tragic, but one murder is being used by homosexual activists to push their agenda of special rights," she states. "Murder is murder and increased penalties for attacking a specially protected group listed in a hate crimes law is a waste of everyone's time and resources. Such a law creates unequal protection under the law."

She cites two other murders committed by homosexual men that met with relative silence in the homosexual community -- the murder of 13-year-old Jesse Dirkhising in Arkansas in 1999, and the 2002 murder of Mary Stachowicz in Chicago.

Stalking Schoolboys - in the Name of 'Tolerance'

Brandon Mcinerny may well spend most of his life being abused in the prison system, after he killed a stalker at school.

While violence is never the answer to such evil, the question of the Radical Homosex attack on the 'Patriarchy' being carried out against younger and younger boys (those least able to defend themselves) is one that will only increase as the radical homosex attacks on society in general increase - such as the case in post Weimar Kalifornia's Homosex 4th Reich, come next January...

Kids are coming out younger, but are schools ready to handle the complex issues of identity and sexuality? For Larry King, the question had tragic implications.
Ramin Setoodeh - NEWSWEEK - Jul 28, 2008

At 15, Lawrence King was small—5 feet 1 inch—but very hard to miss. In January, he started to show up for class at Oxnard, Calif.'s E. O. Green Junior High School decked out in women's accessories. On some days, he would slick up his curly hair in a Prince-like bouffant. Sometimes he'd paint his fingernails hot pink and dab glitter or white foundation on his cheeks. "He wore makeup better than I did," says Marissa Moreno, 13, one of his classmates. He bought a pair of stilettos at Target, and he couldn't have been prouder if he had on a varsity football jersey. He thought nothing of chasing the boys around the school in them, teetering as he ran.

But on the morning of Feb. 12, Larry left his glitter and his heels at home. He came to school dressed like any other boy... Behind him, Brandon McInerney pulled up a chair...a half hour into class, Brandon quietly stood up. Then, without anyone's noticing, he removed a handgun that he had somehow sneaked to school, aimed it at Larry's head, and fired a single shot...

The Larry King shooting became the most prominent gay-bias crime since the murder of Matthew Shepard 10 years ago. But despite all the attention and outrage, the reason Larry died isn't as clear-cut as many people think...
How do you protect legitimate, personal expression while preventing inappropriate, sometimes harmful, behavior? Larry King was, admittedly, a problematical test case: he was a troubled child who flaunted his sexuality and wielded it like a weapon...

Larry's life was hard from the beginning. His biological mother was a drug user; his father wasn't in the picture. When Greg and Dawn King took him in at age 2...he also acted out from an early age. "We couldn't take him to the grocery store without him shoplifting," Greg says. "We couldn't get him to clean up his room. We sent him upstairs—he'd get a screwdriver and poke holes in the walls." He was prescribed ADHD medication, and Greg says Larry was diagnosed with reactive attachment disorder, a rare condition in which children never fully bond with their caregivers or parents... At 14, Larry told Greg he thought he was bisexual. "It wouldn't matter either way to me," Greg says. "I thought maybe some of the problems would go away if we supported him." But the therapist told Greg he thought that Larry was just trying to get attention and might not understand what it meant to be gay.

In January, after a few months at Casa Pacifica, Larry decided to dress like a girl. He went to school accessorized to the max, and his already colorful personality got louder. He accused a girl to her face of having breast implants. Another girl told him she didn't like his shoes. "I don't like your necklace," Larry snapped back. Larry called his mom from Casa Pacifica to tell her that he wanted to get a sex-change operation....Legally, they couldn't stop him from wearing girls' clothes, according to the California Attorney General's Office, because of a state hate-crime law that prevents gender discrimination.

Larry, being Larry, pushed his rights as far as he could. During lunch, he'd sidle up to the popular boys' table and say in a high-pitched voice, "Mind if I sit here?" In the locker room, where he was often ridiculed, he got even by telling the boys, "You look hot," while they were changing...

...But the next day, he was back wearing even more. Larry told the teacher he could wear makeup if he wanted to. He said that Ms. Epstein told him that was his right. Joy Epstein was one of the school's three assistant principals... was openly gay to her colleagues...
Some teachers believe that she was encouraging Larry's flamboyance, to help further an "agenda," as some put it... "a lesbian vice principal with a political agenda." Larry's father also blames Epstein. He's hired an attorney and says he is seriously contemplating a wrongful-death lawsuit. "She started to confuse her role as a junior-high principal," Greg King says. "I think that she was asserting her beliefs for gay rights."

The staff at E. O. Green tried to help as Larry experimented with his identity, but he liked to talk in a roar. One teacher asked him why he taunted the boys in the halls, and Larry replied, "It's fun to watch them squirm."

Brandon McInerney was different. Larry really liked Brandon. One student remembered that Larry would often walk up close to Brandon and stare at him. Larry had studied Brandon so well, he once knew when he had a scratch on his arm—Larry even claimed that he had given it to Brandon by mistake, when the two were together. Larry told one of his close friends that he and Brandon had dated but had broken up. He also said that he'd threatened to tell the entire school about them, if Brandon wasn't nicer to him. Quest, Brandon's defense attorney, says there was no relationship between Larry and Brandon, and one of Larry's teachers says that Larry was probably lying to get attention.

Like Larry, Brandon had his share of troubles... The commotion over Larry's appearance finally forced the school office to take formal action. On Jan. 29, every teacher received an e-mail with the subject line STUDENT RIGHTS. It was written by Sue Parsons, the eighth-grade assistant principal. "We have a student on campus who has chosen to express his sexuality by wearing make-up," the e-mail said without mentioning Larry by name. "It is his right

She was approached by several boys in her class who said that Larry had started taunting them in the halls—"I know you want me," he'd say—and their friends were calling them gay.

And then there was Valentine's Day. A day or two before the shooting, the school was buzzing with the story about a game Larry was playing with a group of his girlfriends in the outdoor quad. The idea was, you had to go up to your crush and ask them to be your Valentine. Several girls named boys they liked, then marched off to complete the mission.
When it was Larry's turn, he named Brandon, who happened to be playing basketball nearby. Larry walked right on to the court in the middle of the game and asked Brandon to be his Valentine. Brandon's friends were there and started joking that he and Larry were going to make "gay babies" together. At the end of lunch, Brandon passed by one of Larry's friends in the hall. She says he told her to say goodbye to Larry, because she would never see him again...

"We failed Brandon," a teacher says. "We didn't know the bullying was coming from the other side—Larry was pushing as hard as he could, because he liked the attention."

Greg King doesn't feel sympathy for Brandon, but he does believe his son sexually harassed him. He's resentful that the gay community has appropriated his son's murder as part of a larger cause. "I think the gay-rights people want it to be a gay-rights issue, because it makes a poster child out of my son," King says....

...when Brandon goes to trial. He is charged with first-degree murder and a hate crime, and is scheduled to be arraigned this week. Hundreds of his classmates have signed a petition asking that he be tried in juvenile court. The district attorney wants him tried as an adult, which could result in a prison sentence of 51 years to life. "Brandon was being terrorized," says Bill, who has set up a public defense fund in his son's name.
"He was being stalked almost, to the degree of the school should have never let this happen."

Dems undermine free speech in hate crimes ploy

By: Bryon York
Chief Political Correspondent Washington Examiner
October 13, 2009

What does a hate crimes bill have to do with money for U.S. troops fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq?\

Nothing, except that the National Defense Authorization Act, which will win final passage in Congress and be sent to the president's desk this week, also contains the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, which Democrats placed inside the defense measure over Republican objections.

The crime bill -- which would broaden the protected classes for hate crimes to include sexual orientation and "gender identity," which the bill defines as a victim's "actual or perceived gender-related characteristics" -- passed the House earlier this year as a stand-alone measure. But it's never had the votes to succeed by itself in the Senate. So over the summer Democrats, with the power of their 60-vote majority, attached it to the defense bill.

Republicans argued that the two measures had nothing to do with each other. Beyond that, GOP lawmakers feared the new bill could infringe on First Amendment rights in the name of preventing broadly defined hate crimes. The bill's critics, including many civil libertarians, argued that the hate crimes provision could chill freedom of speech by empowering federal authorities to accuse people of inciting hate crimes, even if the speech in question was not specifically related to a crime.

Republican Sen. Sam Brownback offered an amendment saying the bill could not be "construed or applied in a manner that infringes on any rights under the First Amendment" and could not place any burden on the exercise of First Amendment rights "if such exercise of religion, speech, expression, or association was not intended to plan or prepare for an act of physical violence or incite an imminent act of physical violence against another."

The Senate passed Brownback's amendment. After that, several Republicans, their fears allayed, voted for the whole defense/hate crimes package, which passed the Senate last July.

Meanwhile, on the House side, representatives passed their own version of the defense authorization bill, which did not contain the hate crimes measure.

Then it was time for the House and Senate bills to go to a conference committee, where the differences between them would be ironed out. That's where the real action began.

First, the committee -- controlled by majority Democrats, of course -- inserted the hate crimes measure into the House bill, where it had not been before. Then lawmakers made some crucial changes to Brownback's amendment. Where Brownback had insisted, and the full Senate had agreed, that the bill could not burden the exercise of First Amendment rights, the conference changed the wording to read that the bill could not burden the exercise of First Amendment rights "unless the government demonstrates ... a compelling governmental interest" to do otherwise.

That means your First Amendment rights are protected -- unless they're not.

The bill was finished. When it was returned to the House last week for final passage, there was just one vote; lawmakers could either vote for the whole package or against it. They could vote to fund the troops, which would also mean voting for the hate crimes bill, or they could vote against the hate crimes provision, which would also mean voting against funding the troops.

At decision time, 131 of the Republicans most opposed to the hate crimes measure voted against the whole bill. Their vote "against the troops" will no doubt be used against them in next year's campaign, which was of course the Democratic plan all along. The bill passed anyway, with overwhelming Democratic support.

Now it's the Senate's turn. Like the House, there will be just one vote. Although some Republicans will balk, the bill will be passed there, too, with big Democratic support.

In the past, Democrats knew they couldn't get away with a trick like stuffing a hate crimes bill into a defense measure because there was a Republican president to threaten a veto. But now, President Obama says he'll proudly approve the improbable combination of national defense and hate crimes.

"I will sign it into law," the president told a cheering crowd at the gay activist group Human Rights Campaign on Saturday. "Together we will have moved closer to that day when no one has to be afraid to be gay in America."

Actually, we will have moved closer to that day when lawmakers use stealthy, behind-closed-doors maneuvers to chip away at fundamental constitutional rights.

Ask Republicans how it happened, and they say simply, "Elections have consequences." They're right.

The Shape of Things to Come - 1933 meets 1984
The 'New Terror' of the left's Committee for Public Safety from 'Hate Crime'

With the signing of the most repressive Political Thought Crime law in its history, the American Republic has now descended to a point where it resembles the crumbling remains of the old Weimar Republic of Germany, during the early years of takeover by the National Homo-Socialist movement.

Even for those familiar with the Nazi leadership of Ernst Rohm (boy raping homo-anal coprophile head of the homosex Storm Troopers) and his (homosex coprophile prostitute) protégé Hitler - the leap from their takeover in 1933 to the death camps of 1943 often seems unforeseeable…

- Unless of course one remembers the lessons from an earlier “Terror”, also soaked in blood - but also craftily cloaked in the propaganda of what is now called “tolerance” - but back then was hailed as “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity… & La Guillotine.” - an era known better as the French Revolution.

Like the current Thought Crime laws passed by the Congress and numerous States, the self anointed / appointed leaders of the French “enlightenment” saw the need for methods to control the information provided to the masses, and thus their Thoughts - lest they turn in to thoughts of dissent… better known as Treason against the ideals of the Revolution.

Their solution was essentially the same as the one being instituted in America today, to impose a “Terror” (they actually used the term 'Terror' back then, which has been changed by media flacks to the 'tolerance' of today) in the name of Public Safety; which is kind of like 'Hate Crimes', only less glamorous.

Indeed, the French “Committee for Public Safety” started out not much different from the Gestapo of the Nazi era or the Tolerance Police of today; and as is ever so often the case, as great power corrupted them their abominations grew to match. The difference and greater danger of today is that the methods of propaganda and control are so much further advanced by science and study, that the comparison is like that between a cavalry sword and a laser guided smart bomb.

During the “Terror” the most rabidly hateful of insiders (like Murat) would use the printing press to denounce 'Enemies' of the People; and leaders of the Public Safety Committee like Robespierre would then make up 'Enemies lists' of those needing tolerance training, also known as being shortened by the neck via “The National Razor”.

It is but a short step to today's 'Enemies Lists' of the left; not just the ones compiled by the White House and Attorney General's Office, but also the 'private' lists compiled by radical homosex activists such as those posted on the net targeting Citizens who support Marriage as between a Man and a Woman.

The Left realizes that it cannot effectively control and channel thinking about their agenda while such a pesky thing as the First Amendment clutters up their 'living' (meaning constantly morphing to suit them) Constitution. Hence, the need to use the “Hate Crimes” pogroms being pushed throughout the nation as a cleaver to cut off real 'Free Speech' - by silencing through fear and intimidation anyone who might dare to object to their revolutionary agenda, or even comment to the contrary.

One successful piece of Leftist Dis-Information constantly reinforced by 'our' bought and paid for 'free press', is the common misunderstanding that “Hate Crimes” law only relates to those who Commit acts of violence.
Not so; if only because the law would miss the real targets of the Thought Police, those who debunk their hate propaganda for the squalid scam it is. The fable of the honest boy and the 'Emperors New Clothes' is just that, a fable only a fool would rely on as an excuse for speaking the truth.

In reality he was denounced to the 'Human Rights Commission for Public Safety' as “Encouraging” mockery of the Emperor's Tailors, who felt very bad about the poor reviews for their fashionable efforts and blamed their Harm on “Anti-Gay Ism-Obia” - caused by the Boy Speaking Out.

Thus, by daring to 'Speak Truth to (the wrong) Power', Thought Crime is the same as Hate Crime, and thus now the held to be the same as legally causing Harm (physical, emotional, political…) - which in response requires retribution / punishment, as a lesson in Terror… Um, Er, Uh, 'tolerance' - To the Others.

Even at the time the National Homo-Socialist movement first took power in Germany it was never as a majority party, and Rohm's notorious Homosex Storm Troopers were its strength and its anvil to crush opponents. But once the apparatus of the State fell in to Hitler's hands after the assassination of his mentor, the need for jackboot bullies in the streets was supplanted by bureaucrats in offices signing legal documents far more lethal.

Robespierre would have been no stranger to modern “Hate Crime” laws; he was quite well grounded in using pretexts to destroy his 'enemies' BAMN (by Any means Necessary), while posing as the voice of tolerant reason and enlightenment. His weapon of choice was pen and ink, and one can only imagine how far his reign of Tolerance… Er, Um, Uh, 'Terror' - would have stretched and lasted if he had the internet to assist.

Winston Churchill once spoke of the National Homo-Socialist movement as ushering in “a new dark age made more sinister by the lights of perverted science.” But regardless of the boost by amoral and even flat out evil 'scientists', it was the Law in the end that allowed and indeed encouraged the darkness to enfold the land, and the politicians lawyers and judges who warped it like a pretzel to fit the demands of the Thought Police for a Weapon to use against their 'enemies'.

So too with the Turkey Baster Creationist Courts of the new enlightenment, such as the California Supreme Court and its long line of 'jurisprudence' destroying the Freedom of Speech and Thought in service of an Orwellian nightmare of mandatory pandering. With the combined power of both 'Hate Crime' & Contempt laws, the silencing of Ungood Viewpoints and Imprisonment of those who dare utter them is, like 1933 all over again, just the beginning.

The philosophy of Edmund Burke that: “All that is required for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing” is being countered by the institution by the left of a 'Cannibal Soup' test to weed out undesirables, permanently. One either surrenders all principal and gaily joins them as a Diner, or is legally sentenced to the stewpot as Dinner…

- And there is No Opt Out for contentious objectors, as neither conscience or objection are permitted in the age of new-enlightened tolerance.

The process was quite well described by Author Theodore Dalrymple in an interview in FrontPageMagazine.com on August 31, 2005, when he said:
“Political correctness is communist propaganda writ small. In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, nor to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better.
When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity.
To assent to obvious lies is to co-operate with evil, and in some small way to become evil oneself. One's standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed.
A society of emasculated liars is easy to control. I think if you examine political correctness, it has the same effect and is intended to.”

Thought / Hate Crime Laws enacted in the new National Homo-Socialist Fourth Reich of the ObamAcorn are designed to accomplish all of the above, with the consequences for failure to pander to the new order already made draconian enough at the outset to outline a path to a future (as the corruption of power grows) every bit as clear as the path from 'Enlightenment' to the Guillotine…

- Or the National Homo-Socialist promise of 'Change' in 1933 to the 'Solutions' imposed in the name of Public Safety by 1943.

And no doubt the Hollyweird media will provide a catchy sound track to accompany it, and plenty of diverse looking affirmative actors singing to the choir whatever soundbite is deemed by the 'Committee for Public Safety from Hate Crimes' - to best keep the 'Vanilla' (voters / taxpayers) clueless and compliant.

Kind of like singing the song of  'Tolerance Macht Frei' to the tune of 'kum-ba-yah' - only catchier.

Ohso.

Compulsive Liars

“Because we want everything to Change” - Was the justification given by Nazi (German National Homo-Socialist Party) Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbles for their demand that a syphilitic homo-anal coprophile prostitute named Hitler be made supreme leader of the new Reich.

'Change' is also the mantra of their successors in the neo-fascist ObamAcorn movement, which is steadily following the legal patterns pioneered by the Third Reich in establishing their own Fourth Reich of the Abomination.

To this end they have taken the first steps toward creation their own 21st century version of the infamous “Nuremberg Laws” - in the passing of radical new political Thought Policing measures contained in so called “Hate Crime” statutes.

Reporting by the Washington Examiner (Dems undermine free speech in hate crimes ploy By: Bryon York - Chief Political Correspondent October 13, 2009) details the despicable back room scams used by the Democrap hate machine to subvert the amendments made by the Senate (Brownback), intending to protect the First Amendment 'rights' of Citizens to dissent from the new orthodoxy being imposed by these Thought Police.

Rather clumsily inserted in to what appears at first glance to be a 'disclaimer' in the Act upholding 'free speech' - is a Thought Policing clause that Nullifies any First Amendment Rights whenever they conflict with the 'pander or perish' pogrom that is the goal of the act…

- Asserting that the First Amendment is Void, whenever the fanatic radical activists pushing this agenda of hatreds and perversions feel “Compelled” to destroy said former 'rights'.

......................................................................................................................................................................................
1367 SEC. 4701. SHORT TITLE. This division may be cited as the ''Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act''.

(3) CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION.-Nothing in this division, or an amendment made by this division, shall be construed or applied in a manner that infringes any rights under the first amendment to the Constitution of the United States. Nor shall anything in this division, or an amendment made by this division, be construed or applied in a manner that substantially burdens a person's exercise of religion (regardless of whether compelled by, or central to, a system of religious belief), speech, expression, or association,

unless the Government demonstrates that application of the burden to the person is in furtherance of a compelling governmental interest

and is the least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest, if such exercise of religion, speech, expression, or association was not intended to - (A) plan or prepare for an act of physical violence; or

(B) incite an imminent act of physical violence against another.
.........................................................................................................................................................................................................

In Short - a subjective determination by parties as yet un-named that there is a “Compelling Interest” to destroy the First Amendment Rights of one who is subjectively deemed (in the opinion of said parties as yet un-named) to be a danger to use words to “INCITE” Others…

- Is all that is needed to overcome the Constitution and its 'protections', at least such as still remain in this era of 'Change'.

One can hardly wait to see the inventive manners in which “incitement” will be interpreted and used to drag the Ungood in to the Courts for a dose of 'peoples justice'; where even if they beat the original charge - any failure to pander to the Misandry of the Judicial Thought Police while in court will result in imprisonment for 'Contempt' anyway.

No need to worry though, without doubt we will all remain as free as ever to fully agree with the rank raw hatreds and perversions of the radical leftist / gender feminist / homosex political agenda; and after all…

- What other 'rights' does one really need in an age of Abomination?

Eight posts in five days, all railing against the hate crimes bill. If Oh-So-Wacko is so adamantly opposed to this legislation, it must be a very good thing.

Pedophile Ringleader was Top Advisor to Scottish Gov't on Homosexuality and Children

By Kathleen Gilbert EDINBURGH, Scotland, May 14, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A ringleader of a pedophile ring unveiled in Scotland was a top advisor to the Scottish Executive on homosexual issues regarding children, reports the Daily Mail.

LifeSiteNews.com reported Monday that James Rennie, the 38-year-old chief executive of LGBT Youth Scotland, was found guilty this month of molesting for four years an infant - beginning when the infant was 3-months-old - whom friends left with Rennie to babysit.

Rennie, who resigned from his position at LGBT Youth following his arrest late last year, lobbied for homosexual issues in the Scottish parliament, and has visited with the Prime Minister of England as "the Executive's most important and influential adviser on gay issues affecting children," according to the Daily Mail.

Among other issues, the group lobbied for adoption to homosexual couples under Rennie's leadership...

The Purpose of the “Hate Crime” Law - Burning Crosses

By Dr. Scott Lively, Defendthefamily.com

My first encounter with the “gay” movement was a trial by fire. I was Communications Director for Oregon Citizens Alliance during its first attempt to stop the homosexual agenda through a state-wide ballot initiative in 1991-1992. The opposition built its campaign on the theme that opponents of “gay rights” are like Nazis and the KKK. The “poster-child” of their campaign was Azalea Cooley, a Black, wheelchair-bound lesbian who lived in a poor neighborhood of Portland.

Over many months, Ms. Cooley was terrorized by a series of 21 cross-burnings on the front lawn of her home. The police could never seem to catch the perpetrators until just before the election when a couple of rogue cops set up their own private surveillance of the Cooley home. The puzzle was finally solved when they caught Azalea herself walking out her own front door with a wooden cross in one hand and a can of gasoline in the other.

At the press conference held the next morning by these brave policemen, I thought I was seeing justice unfold and my hopes were lifted about our campaign to preserve family values in Oregon. However, except for very limited coverage in the liberal Portland stronghold, the media spiked the story. No reporter asked if Police Chief Tom Potter (a leading champion of our opposition whose daughter was an outspoken lesbian on the force) was complicit in the obstruction of the cross-burning investigation, and a few days later the media and all the public officials remained silent during the grand finale of our opponents campaign, a massive “March Against Hate” through Portland, led by none other than Azalea Cooley -- in her wheelchair. Our opponents went on to win the election, Tom Potter later became Mayor of Portland and the “gays” moved even more rapidly to consolidate their power over Oregon.

Let us jump to the present, over a span of almost two decades of “gay” political advances. Nearly every item of the homosexual agenda has been achieved except the final affront to their dreams, marriage. Yet time, and population trends are on their side and they expect to win this victory in due time. So their attention has moved to the final chapter of their vision to remake society in their own image: the destruction of the Christian church and revenge against all of those who opposed them through their long “struggle for equal rights.“ The weapon of their vengeance is the “hate crimes” law, passed as an amendment to an essential defense appropriations bill, and signed into law by President Obama, whose administration includes seventy open homosexuals and an unknown number of “closeted” ones.

Make no mistake, “hate crimes” is nothing more or less than a formula for silencing Christians. Ostensibly the law is designed to enhance the sentences of violent criminals whose motive is dislike of homosexuals rather than mere greed or anger, However, the real purpose of this law is to focus law enforcement, judicial and public policy instruments against the belief that homosexuality is wrong and harmful, and to associate this belief with criminality.

Eventually, speech against homosexuality will be criminalized independently of any violent act (as in already true in several countries), but until then the “gays” and their allies will simply act as if this is already the law.

One little-known aspect of the hate crimes law is that it holds a person responsible for the crimes of another if the criminal was influenced by that person.

In other words, if a pastor preaches against homosexuality from the Bible and later a member of the congregation is charged with any sort of hate crime, the pastor can also be prosecuted. This will obviously have a deeply chilling effect on the church. What is worse, however, is the likelihood that those who continue to publicly and articulately oppose the “gay” movement will be subject to dirty tricks.

All it would take to set up a preacher for a hate crime charge is one homosexual willing to take a beating by another “in-the-closet” homosexual who is himself willing to confess to assault and battery and blame the preacher for inciting him to do it.

Is that a paranoid delusion? Or do you think there might possibly be a few other Azalea Cooley types in the “gay” community?

The cross is the symbol of authentic Bible-believing Christianity and its very presence is a reminder to homosexuals of their error. When they staged the cross burnings in Portland, they intended for people to believe it was done by their enemies, following the inspiration of the Ku Klux Klan.

But in fact what they did was to reveal their own brand of hatred, a hatred so passionate that it reduced them to a level beneath even the Klan. And the symbol they used to harken back to the hate crimes of the past, turned out instead to be a foreshadowing of their own future. Their future is now, and it is all about burning crosses

Homosexual blog forecasts violence against Christians
Pete Chagnon - OneNewsNow - 11/10/2009

The FBI is investigating terrorism threats posted on a homosexual blog that appear to be aimed at Christians.

Pro-family activists have drawn attention to a disturbing exchange on a homosexual blog run by Joe Jervis of New York. The exchange takes place between individuals named Fritz and Tex in the comment section of a blog discussing the Maine homosexual marriage defeat and pro-family activists Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel and Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth about Homosexuality. LaBarbera says the two commentators discussed carrying out acts of terrorism against Christians.

"One guy [Fritz] sort of raises [the concept] and says, 'well, if Obama doesn't give us what we want, you are going to see a very real potential for violence' -- to quote his words...and then he says, 'well, that is not a good thing,'" LaBarbera reports. "Then another activist comes back and says, 'Well what's wrong with that?'"

In this online conversation, Fritz goes on to say, "This happens in all cases where people are oppressed and lack representation. Our President must wake up and prevent this from happening. Otherwise we will end up like Israel and Palestine. We will have gay and lesbian people strapping bombs to their chests and blowing up churches. All it will take is one or two more losses like this. If marriage equality is taken away in one of the landmark states, we will see domestic terrorism arise very quickly....In 1991, I witnessed gay and lesbian activists setting fire to buildings and beating people with baseball bats in Los Angeles."

Tex replies, "Still not seeing this as a bad thing Fritz...[African gay activists] didn't gain their civil rights through being passive."

LaBarbera goes on to say that he and Barber were then mentioned by name. Tex then contends that "maybe a bit of well organized terrorism is just what we need."

"So you actually have a homosexual activist named Tex on this hateful JoeMyGod website in New York, actually endorsing the idea of violence against pro-family leaders," Labarbera says.

According to Barber, the FBI was alerted to the blog and is investigating the incident. In the wake of the Fort Hood shootings, Barber contends that these threats need to be taken seriously.

In a press release from Liberty Counsel, Barber further notes that another pro-family activist, Maggie Gallagher of the National Organization for Marriage, was also targeted. "A number of posters got on his website and actually called for acts of -- quote -- 'organized terrorism against Christians,'" explains Barber.
