Al is one of the most historical figures in professional football and his legacy cannot be denied. However, as a true Raider fan I can't help but wonder how far we have been held back due to his inability to adjust with the times. Memo to Al: it is not the 70's and 80's anymore and those that cannot adjust will be left in the clouds ie Joe Gibbs.
