Hi people, there is a question that I have and would like it to be answered. I have been thinking of real estate investing and I know that this is one of the better ways to indulge your money. But, there are still a few things related to real estate that need to be sorted out like how do the profits build up, what are the ways to go about this….and some more. Would you please help me to know more about real estate?????

I recommend :
- Go to the library or a bookstore and read as much as you can on real estate
- Search the internet for articles on investing, market conditions, loan types, etc and read as much as you can (there is an abundance of information)
- take a class at any local junior college

I've invested in real estate my whole life and you are right. Real Estate is a good way to invest money. However, I just completed a book called "Bank on yourself" and it says it isn't. In fact it says it's the best way to invest money. Ha! the best way to invest money is different depending on your situation. Mine is Real estate.

Gonzalez, what veg answers weren’t they... I am new to real-estate investing and the information goes on and on.. I for one have done a lot of searching, talking, reading, coaching, and self education of all aspects of real estate investing.. With and without credit or cash.. It can be done. Many think that investing is for the wealthy and the higher class.. Well their wrong.. With the right information and knowledge. ( and not from a library) the average homeowner can become an investor they just don’t know it. In our market today anyone with a mortgage is golden I'd say. But only if you know what your options are to owning a mortgage weather you are upside down or late on your payments. Homeowners you have unbelievable options. Don't walk away dont get discouraged you have a mortgage so become an investor and lets beat the banks at their own game.. Looking for partners....
