Hi people, there is a question that I have and would like it to be answered. I have been thinking of real estate investing and I know that this is one of the better ways to indulge your money. But, there are still a few things related to real estate that need to be sorted out like how do the profits build up, what are the ways to go about this….and some more. Would you please help me to know more about real estate?????

I recommend :
- Go to the library or a bookstore and read as much as you can on real estate
- Search the internet for articles on investing, market conditions, loan types, etc and read as much as you can (there is an abundance of information)
- take a class at any local junior college

You should get involved with a mentor and offer to work for free in return for learning experience. Interview some people that have been successful in this craft. Join a club or go somewhere where you can meet a lot of investors.
Reading is great but few that do this only ever take any action. I would be happy to speak with you about your endeavors and introduce you the network that has helped me succeed in Real Estate Investing.

I've invested in real estate my whole life and you are right. Real Estate is a good way to invest money. However, I just completed a book called "Bank on yourself" and it says it isn't. In fact it says it's the best way to invest money. Ha! the best way to invest money is different depending on your situation. Mine is Real estate.
