Anyone know why there were tons of police on Picasso behind Delta Vista this morning. They were coming out of the house with gloves on. I counted about 12 police cars! Amazing that nothing makes the paper even when  there are all these kids walking to school right past all of this drama! What the heck is happening to Oakley?!!!
