It was reported of an  armed assault in concord. I believe that enough is enough. since the CPD cannot do enough to protect us, is time for us to be allowed without fear to carry concealed handguns. Obviously the hoodlooms have the upper hand. they can carry weapons and we don't. It is ridiculous. if the CPD wont protect us, we must be allowed to protect ourselves.
