Police said a few witnesses saw him vomiting and foaming at the mouth a few hours before he was found dead there about 4 p.m...............
...................and not one witness OR multi-tasking driver could phone it in???? Shame on you.

It really is sad that no one could bother themselves with calling 911 for this person. One more reason I'm glad to be leaving this area very soon.
