This is to THE QUEEN OF THE ROAD

Everyday I take the 580 East on ramp at Hacienda at 4:30 pm to drive the 7 minutes to Livermore. 7 minutes? More like 20-30 minutes to Airway. Everyday, I see a minimum three out of five cars in the Carpool Lane with no passenger!!! Often meeting them at the light after inching my way and burning gas (10 to 15 minutes at best), only to get the green light almost simultaniously??? UGH!!! ARGH!!! NOT FAIR!!! Why bother having metering lights and rules for carpool lanes if no one is enforcing and catching these cheaters???

Anyone else see these cheats?
