It appears that Concord had become the crime capital of the east bay. a three person car highjacking today. everyday there are multiple new outrageous crimes It appears that people do not care about the crime in this city. The Mayor and the CPD are inept or they dont care as long as they get paid. Keeping its citizens safe is the first and more important task of Government. I believe it is time for new leadeship. these millionaies do not care about regular people. lets get someone with common sense into the mayor's office.

Concord is the new crime capital of the east bay and the WEST.
A three person car high-jacking today is nothing. Wait for the kids to get of school and a long hot summer of crime fueled by a lack of a county DA that is worth anything. It is time to have the national guard patrol the streets to maintain justice.
It is true that everyday there are multiple new outrageous crimes and people do not care about the crime in this city as one might surprise most are pro criminal rather than pro police. The Mayor and the CPD are either inept or they don't care as long as they get paid. Keeping its citizens safe is the first and more important task of Government in most areas. However, here it seems collection of city license fees, etc is the number one goal.
I too believe it is time for new leadership. But not from local government but from state or federal government to come in and clean up this mess.

Reading your post is seems that you are blaming everyone else for the crime rate exept the criminals. We need to help law enforcment in a joint effort, the mayor is not the one who carjacked those people.

Of couse the criminals are guilty! but the mayor anf their cronies are not doing anything to make the situation better. What about raids in monument "Arpayo style" He has his house in order, i believe with less money. why not us?
