Things are looking a little better at the old Albertsons on Railroad. It looks Panda Express and The UPS Store are moving into the new building there (2120). Does anyone know what else will be there? For that matter, what's going into the anchor building (old Albertsons building)?   City Hall folks can chime in at anytime.
