I don't know about you, but I am a bit upset with the NFL's decision to disallow better than 70% of their current fan base the opportunity to watch Thursday and Saturday night games. It seems ludicrous to me to take the decision to carry or not to carry the games out of the hands of local network affiliates, or to sign a new contract with a readily available superstation, most of which are available to basic cable subscribers who are the core of the fan base.
Somebody tell me this isn't a collusive money grab between the NFL and cable providers, and please substantiate your position.
I'll try not to laugh too hard.
