The letter is requesting personal information and is on psuedo official Letterhead with the State Seal, Governors name and the Department of Health Care Services...
It offers financial planning for the Elderly for long term health care and they will put you into contact with their "select" and highly recommended Insurance agents.... Only specially trained andlicensed long term care agents are permitted to offer these "financial partnerships"
A return envelope enclosed with an address to PO BOX in Monterrey.
The fraudulent letter even received by non-seniors in the Brentwood area.
Information being turned in to the Attorney General, Governors Office and Feds.....
