Although clearly positioned in media recently as a cool, hipster activity, smoking tabacco is still related to contracting cancer and emphysema. No thanks.
I think they get an exception like those cigar rooms. I'm not sure what the rules are, but there are certain exceptions to the smoking in public establishments ban.

I thought it was against the law to smoke in establishments in CA. Are we making exceptions for Indians.
