A major benefit to Pinole would be for the city to stop competing with private business'. Why is the city so interested in going head to head with people who buy property with their own money, develop the property with their own money and attempt to rent it, and then, have to go into competition with the city who is funded by taxpayers? Is anything wrong with this picture?
