Man what has happened to the mighty Pirates? They aren't even representing no more, and high school football is the only hope for any happiness in this dinky town, we are getting smashed on super bad, where is the savageness?

The 3 teams they have lost to were all solid. I'm sure they could have played 3 weak sisters and been 3-0 right now, but they were playing strong programs and it ought to make them stronger come playoff time. Had they won those, it would have given them a strong push for state bowl consideration. Maybe this is the year of the Pirate band as they are playing in the Thanksgiving Day Parade?

Don't worry how the Mighty Pirates started, when it comes to playoff time they will be with the leader of the pack. They have a great coaching staff and they will lift the team up to take their division and more.

when i was there u pretty much knew what you were gonna get. we were gonna play defense and we were gonna run either through you or past you. it seems to me that the pirates have not yet figured out who they are. and very few of the currrent players today understand what pirates football is all about. its all trick plays and finesse these days. i say restore that pitt high of old bring back some of the former players to show these younsters what pirate football is. too many former de la salle people operating our thing. dont get me wrong i love coach galli. he's the man for the job. but we need to get back to the old ways.

My friend were you a starter or a bench warmer, everyone knows you have to adjust, you can't keep doing the same old things. The other teams will eat you up! One or two trick plays won't hurt a team, remember the last time the Mighty Pirates beat the Spartans in Oakland a trick play help beat them. Don't give up on the Pirates they will be there in the end.
