Coming home from Concord BART last night is see a young black woman, wearing a VERY short skirt walking down Clayton Rd. Didn't think too much of it. About 9pm, I see the same woman, standing on the corner of Clayton and Treat, in the abandoned lot next to Wally's Rentals. She's bent over, talking to someone in a car. Still looking hookerish... anyone else seen her? I live a stones throw from there and I don't want this crap near my house. Its bad enough dealing with inconsiderate neighbors speeding up and down the street. Do you think CPD would do anything if called?

this is not a young black woman.....it is a MAN. I know where it lives right over by the usa gas station. Definately a man, i am not sure if he's prostituting or just looking for attention. I saw him walking up clayton road last night. Gross!

Yes. I think that if you call the CPD they will at least send a car by to see what she is doing.

Hey now, saying the are on the take or unprofessional is not nice. Just because someone who serves the public... may get discounts, and extra food item or two, etc... We cannot make blanket statements about them all.
