After about a Year of fighting this is it in a nut shell! We had our own Subcommitee (Task Force) which by the way I was ON! We hashed all the restrictions Tightly covered tarps if any. Vehicle had to be safe and registered. Vehicle could not exstend past the Sidewalk.  ETC... We ALL agreed on all aspect except the Number of RV's Most but of course not all RV and Boat owners wanted 2 the city all along wanted 0 and where just testing us to see how strong a fight we would put up! They should have not got greedy at the start. I of course was (Yes! speaking for myself) even thought more than 2 was TWO much (hey I like that) 3 is a Crowd. So after a bunch more fighting (ETC...) the mayor with the spilt decision put it to a VOTE! Now that sounds good but considering the City of Antioch is in a 1.7 million dollar defeciet (it is INSANE). Finally after pressure not just from Captain RV Man the City finally realized that this would not be good for Antioch and not good for there political careers! So we all without going back to committee all came to a agreement of: 1 RV in View. Now we where shaking hands and patting each other on the back! the Brentwood Press Declared! compromise achieved and all was good until the City came after the Hand Shake and slipped in a Grandfather Clause and City Registration Fee! This is why Captain RV Man does what he does! We where disrespected from the beginning when Brian Kalinoski was testing us! I am not a Lab Rat! I am a Human Being (A crazy one) yes but a Human non the less. Remember this: Just because the Subcommittee comes up with a solution (compromise) the COUNCIL still has the final WORD and will use that to there advantage! With Love and Deep regaurds to the RV and Boat Owners of Concord! I hope your politicians are better than ours! We had a Bait and Switch done over Here! NOW people! does Captain RV Man still sound crazy or are we just going to see a I LOVE LUCY Re-run In Concord? All RV and Boat owners need to band together! It does not matter what City you are in. Liberty is right! It is not just about RV's and Boat's! It is about Govt. taking away bit by bit our freedoms! AOL had on there front page an article about Voting Rights being taken away from RV owners! in Tennessee! I am not part of the RV and Boat owners WWW.RVPRA.ORG because of my crazyness but I highly recommend you join them! God Bless America! May Freedom Riegn!
