RV's and Boat's as MES's (Mobile Emergency Shelters).
Cities should not take away peoples property rights because they think RV's and Boat's are not Pretty!
All Cities need Term Limits of there council members!

Dear Captain,
As a former outspoken expert on past RV issues which often plague cities and their residents, would you advocate using some of these RV's that are just sitting around, to house some of the unfortunate citizens who, due to the bad economy, have been misplaced from their homes?
Also, when you say, "I will only take Aluminum Can's for political contributions," does that include Scion XB's?
