What are you talking about "tara1"???? Someone has to be killed before anything is done? Daniel Pan died as a result of a horrible ACCIDENT where alcohol was NOT involved.
Mr. Freeman was charged with his CRIMES based on, according to the article, the results of all of the evidence. He will be held to answer for his actions as he should. Did you read a different article than the rest of us? Who died as a result of a drunk driver hitting a bicyclist in the City of San Ramon before MR. Freeman was charged for his own crimes?
Justice in this case has been served and hopefully the court will throw the book at him!!
Usually that's the way it works. Usually the victim is "punished" before the suspect as the suspect usually has to commit the crime before the victim is victimized.
